|a تتناول هذه الدراسة أبعاد تطور العلاقات التركية الروسية اقتصاديًا وسياسيًا وأمنيًا من منظور تاريخي، وتحاول تقييم تأثيرات الحرب في سوريا في العلاقات الثنائية، وترى الدراسة أن روسيا كانت تشكل مصدر خطر دائم بالنسبة لتركيا، ولا تزال كذلك، ولكن من جهة أخرى ترى أن استمرار العلاقات القوية مع دولة قوية مثل روسيا يشكل أهمية كبيرة بالنسبة لتركيا في هذه الجغرافيا التي يعمل فيها البلدان. ورغم أن المقال لم يتطرق إلى الموضوع بجميع أبعاده بسبب محدودية البحث؛ فإنه استعرض بعض المجالات التي تحمل الطبيعة التنافسية في العلاقات، وبعض المجالات التي تحمل التعاون والانسجام.

|b This study deals with the dimensions of Turkish-Russian economic, political and security development from a historical perspective. The study argues that Russia has always been a source of threat to Turkey, but continues to believe that maintaining strong relations with a strong country such as Russia is of great importance to Turkey in this geography. Although the article does not address the subject in all its dimensions because of the limited research, it reviewed some areas that bear the competitive nature in relations, and some areas that carry cooperation and harmony.
