المستخلص: This research is an attempt to understand the problem of infrastructure in Iraq, where the infrastructure is one of the sectors that need to be developed in the Iraqi economy, because of their importance in activating economic sectors and economic development and the access to community well-being and reduce the unemployment rate and raise the efficiency of competitive local products and other benefits. It is certain that the investment have the effectiveness of access to the infrastructure development as well as access to economic growth, and it is necessary to stimulate all kinds of investment, general government investment and private investment. All of this makes us look for solutions to the mentioned problems, by having benefit from the experiences of countries that have preceded us in this field, and to compare their conditions with the conditions in Iraq and to try to catch these experiments to achieve the growth in the infrastructure and the economic development, This is what we will try to understand through this study.
