المستخلص: يعد البحث خطة منهجية وتأصيلية وتأسيسية للمشروع الموسوعي المقترح في تفسير القرآن الكريم، وأبرز دوافعه هو وجود التناسخ والتكرار الكبير بين مصادر التفسير في التراث العلمي للمسلمين، بجانب السيولة والتداخل والامتزاج بين وجوه الدراسة التحليلية للسورة والآية، وعدم وجود الكمال المعرفي للمعلومة التفسيرية في مصنف واحد، وتفرق وجوه الدراسة لها في أكثر من مصنف، فالهدف هو إيجاد موسوعة تفسيرية ضخمة محررة وجامعة وجاردة للتراث التفسيري العظيم لهذه الأمة العظيمة.
وهذا البحث يضع الملامح الرئيسة والقواعد الأساسية لهيكل المشروع ومنهجه ودستوره العلمي، واشتمل على المقدمة التي تناولت بيان أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات أو التطبيقات السابقة له، وخطته العامة، ثم بدأ بتحرير العناصر التحليلية الجامعة لدراسة السورة القرآنية، وأتبعها بتحرير العناصر التحليلية الجامعة لدراسة الآية القرآنية، ثم شرع في وضع المنهج المقترح للدراسة التحليلية الجامعة للآية القرآنية في الموسوعة التفسيرية، وانتقل بعدها لبيان فوائد وثمرات المشروع العامة والخاصة، ثم أبان عن مراكز التطبيق وشرائح العمل والتنفيذ المناسبة للمشروع، ثم شرع في بيان طرق وأساليب تنفيذ المشروع وتوزيع الأعمال والتكاليف العلمية، ولم يفوت البحث التعرض لذكر عقبات المشروع ووسائل تجنبها وتجاوزها، وختم البحث بذكر الملاحق العلمية والفنية المقترحة في نهاية المشروع.

The research constitutes a methodological, rooted and foundational plan for the proposed encyclopedia project related to the Tafseer (explanation) of the Noble Quran. The main motivation for this is the presence of replication and repetition among the Tafseer sources within the knowledge heritage of the Muslims, alongside fluidity, overlap and intermixing between the facets of the analytical study of the Soorah (chapter) or Aayah (verse), and the absence of cognitive perfection in respect to the explanatory information found within any single composed work, in addition to the differing facets of its study found within more than one composed work. Consequently, the goal is to create a voluminous verified, pure and all-inclusive explanatory encyclopedia for the great explanatory heritage of this great Ummah (Islamic nation).

This research sets the main features and fundamental principles for the project structure, its methodological and knowledge-based constitution. It contains an introduction elucidating the significance of the subject area, the reasons for selecting it, the previous studies or applications undertaken for it and its overall general plan. Then came the drawing up of the all-inclusive analytical elements for the study of the Quranic Soorah (chapter), followed by drawing up the all-inclusive analytical elements for the study of the Quranic Aayah (verse). The research then began to set the methodological approach proposed for the all-inclusive analytical study of the Quranic verse (Aayah) within the explanatory (Tafseer) encyclopedia. It then moved on to make clear the general and specific benefits and fruits of the project and then explain the centers of application, the working segments and the appropriate implementation of the project. The research then began elucidating the paths and approaches for the implementation of the project and the distribution of the academic work and costs. The research did not fail to mention the obstacles faced by the project and the means of avoiding and overcoming them. The research concluded by mentioning the academic and technical supplements proposed at the end of the project.
