|a يسعى البحث إلى بيان بعض الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالصيام ودراستها، وذلك من خلال طرح المسائل التي تواجه الصائم وتحتاج إلى بيان، فكان المسلك لها هو تناولها من خلال الترجيحات التي ذكرها الإمام يحي أبي الخير العمراني، 558ه، في كتابه: البيان في مذهب الإمام الشافعي.\nويعتبر الكتاب من الكتب المهمة في المذهب الشافعي، وموسوعة فقهية، حيث يذكر أقوال المذهب، ويشير إلى أقوال المذاهب الأخرى، وقد قمت بدراسة هذه الترجيحات دراسة فقهية مقارنة بالمذاهب الأربعة، وبيان الراجح منها.\nوقد انتظمت هذه الدراسة وفق مقدمة، وفصلين، وخاتمة:\nأما المقدمة: فقد ذكرت فيها أهميته البحث وسبب اختياره، وأهدافه، وحدوده، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، ومنهجيتي فيه، وما اشتملت عليه خطة الدراسة.\nوأما الفصل الأول: فقد ذكرت فيه ترجمة موجزة للعمراني، وجهوده العلمية، ومنهجه في كتاب ((البيان)).\nوأما الفصل الثاني: فقد ذكرت فيه ترجيحاته في بعض مسائل الصيام، ثم قارنتها بالمذاهب الأخرى، ثم بينت الراجح بعد ذلك.\nوأما الخاتمة: فقد اشتملت على أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها في هذه الدراسة.

|f The research seeks to explain some of the shari (Islamic legal) rulings concerning fasting and its study, by raising the issues facing the fasting person that need to be clarified. The research discussed the issues through the preponderant views which Imam Yahya Bin Al Khair Alumrani (D 558 AH) mentioned in his book “the clarification on the school of Imam Al-Shafii”. The book is considered one of the most important books in the Shafi'i school. It is also considered an encyclopedia of jurisprudence. It mentions the opinions of all the schools of jurisprudence referring to the views of the other schools' jurisprudence. I have studied these opinions in a jurisprudential way comparing with all the four schools jurisprudence to highlight the most preponderant opinion. \nThe study was organized which has an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion:\nAs long as the introduction is concerned: I mentioned the importance of the research, the reason for its selection, objectives, limits, previous existing studies in this area, research methodology, and what the study plan consisted of.\nAs long as the first chapter is concerned, I mentioned a brief biography of Al-Omrani, his scientific efforts and his methodology in the book as mentioned earlier.\nAs long as the second chapter is concerned: I mentioned his opinions in some of the issues of fasting, and then I compared them with the other schools of jurisprudence, and then I highlighted the most predominant opinion.\nAs long as the conclusion is concerned: it included the most important findings and recommendations the study reached.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
