|a كان الشيخ الإبراهيمي ممن يشهد لهم بالريادة في مجال الإصلاح، إذ أبلى البلاء الحسن في ساحة النضال، وأسهم إسهاما كبيرا في حفظ تراث الشعب الجزائري وأصالته، والذود عن اللغة العربية والإسلام. وقد ركز الشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي على الجانب الديني، والتربوي التعليمي لتحقيق ذلك بسبب خلفيته العربية الإسلامية. ويتجلى المنهج الإصلاحي في مقالات عيون البصائر عند الإبراهيمي في إتباعه طريقة الهدم قبل البناء، إذ أن التراكمات التي شابت ثقافة الجزائري جراء سياسة الاحتلال تطلبت اقتلاع جذور الجهل وبراثن الشرك، وتخليصه من القهر والتبعية - ولم يكن ذلك سهلا لوجود المعيقات والقوانين المستبدة - ثم العمل على إرساء أسس المشروع النهضوي الذي يعد الإنسان الجزائري للمستقبل.

|b Sheikh Ibrahimi is one whose leadership in reformist activity is attested. He did a great job in struggle field. He tremendously contributed in preserving both originality and patrimony of the Algerians, as he contributed in defending Arabic language and Islamic religion. In order to achieve all those goals, Sheikh Ibrahimi focused on the religious, educational and teaching sides thanks to his Islamic and Arabic background. The reform’s method that he adopted -according to the articles of Oyoun al-bassa’ir - was based on destroying before reconstructing. Furthermore, it was necessary to irradiate the roots of ignorance and to exterminate polytheism so that to put an end to the wrong accumulations by which the Algerian culture was infected as result of French occupation, and to release the Algerian people from oppression and dependency as well. However, reaching all these objectives wasn’t painless because of the obstacles and the existing dictatorial laws. After that, Sheikh Ibrahimi expanded his efforts in establishing the basis of the revival project aiming at getting the Algerian citizen ready for the future life.
