|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى فعالية رأس المال الفكري بتنافسية المؤسسات المدرجة بالبورصات، حيث أن الإدارة الجيدة لرأس المال الفكري تضمن استمرارية المؤسسة بعالم المنافسة، وهذا لما له من تأثير على عنصر الإبداع والابتكار والتغيير. وتزداد أهمية رأس المال الفكري بالنسبة للمؤسسات الجزائرية المدرجة بالبورصة. وبعد مقارنة معطيات الدراسة، توصلنا إلى أن رأس المال الفكري له علاقة بتنافسية المؤسسة المدرجة ببورصة الجزائر، إلا انه لا بد من تفعيله وتنشيطه لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى منه خاصة فيما يتعلق بتنويع الإصدارات المالية بالبورصة. ومن بين أهم توصيات الدراسة انه لابد من القائمين على بورصة الجزائر توفير المناخ المناسب لتشجيع دخول المؤسسات بالبورصة، وحثها على تفعيل رأسمالها الفكري.

|f This study aims at identifying the effectiveness of intellectual capital in the competitiveness of companies listed in the stock exchange. As the good management of intellectual capital ensures the sustainability of the institution in the world of competition, because it has an impact on the element of creativity, innovation and change. Intellectual capital is increasingly important for Algerian companies listed on stock exchange. After comparing the study data, we found that intellectual capital has to do with the competitiveness of the companies listed on the Algiers Stock Exchange. However, it must be activated and refreshed to achieve maximum benefit, especially with regards to diversification of the financial issuances in the stock exchange. Among the most important recommendations of the study is that it is incumbent on the organizers of Algiers Stock Exchange to provide an appropriate environment to encourage the entry of companies in the stock exchange, and urge them to activate their intellectual capital.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
