المستخلص: There are only a few historical studies that dealt with the subject of the Vandals issue in North Africa. This is because of the lack of classical and material historical resources dealing with the subject. We find that historians rely on only two main sources which are: Procopius of Caesarea, who wrote the history of the war against the Vandals in two parts. There are the letters sent by the bishop Victor of Vita to Byzantine. These were the letters of appeal to rescue the country of Morocco from the violence of Vandals as he put it. In this article, we tried to give a glimpse of the Germanic tribes in general and of the Vandals in particular. We attempted to find out why the Valdal tribes moved from Northern Europe to North Africa. This is by addressing two important questions, did this happen under challenging circumstances in Northern Europe that made it necessary for the Vandals to move to North Africa? Or is it the economic potential and the vast wealth of the country of Morocco that was behind this choice of Vandals? We tried to track the stages of the campaign and how the Moor tribes reacted to the Vandals. We also tried to find out why the Vandal moved from West Africa to the East and what were the reasons behind it. Why was the province of this Proconsulate chosen, but not the other regions?

قليلة هي الدراسات التاريخية التي تعالج موضوع الوندال في شمال إفريقيا، وذلك لقلة المصادر التاريخية الكلاسيكية والمادية التي تعالج الموضوع، فنجد اعتماد المؤرخين في ذلك على مصدرين أساسين فقط هما بروكوب القيصري الذي كتب تاريخ الحروب ضد الوندال في جزأين، ونجد الرسائل التي كان يبعثها رجل الدين فيكتور الفيتي إلى بيزنطا، وهي عبارة عن رسائل استغاثة لتخليص بلاد المغرب من بطش الوندال على حد تعبيره، وقد حاولنا في هذا المقال إعطاء لمحة عن القبائل الجرمانية بصفة عامة وعن الوندال بصفة خاصة، وحاولنا معرفة أسباب انتقال القبائل الوندالية من شمال أوربا إلى شمال إفريقيا، وذلك بمعالجة إشكالين رئيسيين هل تم ذلك في ظروف صعبة في شمال أوربا حتمت على الوندال الانتقال إلى شمال إفريقيا أم أن الإمكانيات الاقتصادية والثراء الكبير الذي عرفت به بلاد المغرب هو من كان وراء اختيار الوندال، وحاولنا تتبع مراحل الحملة ورد فعل القبائل المورية من الوندال وحاولنا أيضا معرفة أسباب انتقال الوندال من غرب أفريقيا إلى الشرق ومعرفة أسباب ذلك ولماذا تم اختيار مقاطعة البروقنصلية دون غيرها من المقاطعات الأخرى.

Peu d'études historiques traitant des Vandales en Afrique du Nord, faute de sources historiques classiques et du matériel traitant du sujet, nous trouvons l'adoption des historiens sur les exportateurs deux bases seulement deux Procope qui a écrit l'histoire des guerres contre les vandales en deux parties, et nous trouvons les messages qui ont été envoyés un homme religion Victor de Vita, un message de détresse pour débarrasser le pays du l’Afrique de l'oppression des Vandales, comme il le disait, nous avons essayé dans cet article pour donner un aperçu des tribus générales germaniques et les Vandales en particulier, et nous avons essayé de trouver les raisons de la transmission Europe du Nord tribus au de la Afrique du Nord, en abordant la clé, Était-ce dans des circonstances difficiles dans Europe du nord rendues nécessaires les vandales se déplacent en Afrique du Nord ou le potentiel économique d'une grande richesse, qui est connu par le pays du l’Afrique est de savoir qui était derrière le choix des Vandales, et nous avons essayé de suivre les étapes de la campagne et la reaction des tribus maures vandales a également essayé de trouver les causes de transmission des vandales de l'Ouest de l’Afrique à l'est et de la proconsulaire comté connaître les raisons et pourquoi il a été choisi sans autres provinces.
