|a تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور التكوين البيداغوجي في تنمية الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (220) أستاذا وأستاذة في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بولاية برج بوعريريج. ولجمع البيانات تم بناء مقياس الكفايات التدريسية من طرف الباحث، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: 1- يمتلك أساتذة التعليم المتوسط كفايات تدريسية مرتفعة. 2- توجد فروق في الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تبعا لمتغير نمط التكوين لصالح خريجي المدارس العليا للأساتذة. 3- لا توجد فروق في الكفايات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية. وفسرت النتائج في ضوء ما أسفر عنه التراث السيكوتربوي والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع، وتوجت الدراسة في الاخر بجملة من الاقتراحات

|b The present study aims to investigate the role of pedagogical formation in the improvement of the teaching competencies of teachers in the middle school. The study sample consisted of (222) teachers in bourdj- bouaridj. to collect the data, we used teaching competencies scale prepared by the researcher (2017). After the statistical analysis, we obtained the following results: 01.The teachers in the middle school have high teaching competencies. 02.There are statistically significant differences in the teaching competencies among teachers in the middle school according to the formation type. 03.There are no statistically significant differences in teaching competencies among teachers in the middle school according to the gender variable. 04.There are no statistically significant differences in the teaching competencies among teachers in the middle school according to the variable of seniority. The results were interpreted in light of the outcome of the psychological heritage and previous studies, and Finally the study was culminated in a set of recommendations and proposals.
