|a خلف الخمس أحرف المشكلة لكلمة سرطان يختفي عدو عنيد لا يستسلم بسهولة ويثير الكثير من المخاوف والذعر. وبالرغم من التطور المستمر في مجال علاج السرطان حاليا، إلا أن سمعته ومآله السيئين تجعل منه مرادفا للألم، للمعاناة والموت.\nوبين شد وجذب لآراء الباحثين حول تأثير العوامل السيكولوجية في ظهور السرطانات، وبين مؤيد ورافض لها، إلا أن الباحثين في المجال اتفقوا على تدخل هذه العوامل لتشكيل أرضية خصبة لتنشيط الخلايا السرطانية أو على العكس من ذلك عدم تنشيطها بل وتثبيطها بما للعامل النفسي من دور لا يستهان به في كل مرحلة من مراحل المرض ولا سيما في أثناء إخبار المريض والإفصاح له بتشخيص مرضه.\nفاكتشاف الفرد إصابته بالسرطان يعتبر بمثابة صفعة صاعقة أو صدمة تصيب المريض بالذهول وتفقده كل معالمه، يشعر معها بتهديد جسده له ويتفجر قلقه ويظهر هوام الموت لديه. كما أن خصوصية الإفصاح عن تشخيص الإصابة السرطانية للمريض، لا يرتبط بالمريض بما يحمله من تصورات فحسب، ولكن أيضا بالطبيب المعالج المتجاوز بتصوراته هو الآخر وميكانيزماته التكيفية، وهو ما يشكل لبسا قد يأثر في كيفية استيعاب المريض لمرضه، كما يؤدي لتشنج العلاقة بين المريض وطبيبه، غياب الثقة وعدم تقبل العلاج.... مع ما يستتبعه من ردود فعلية؛ النفسية منها، الانفعالية، المعرفية والسلوكية.\nلذا ولأجل التخفيف من وقع صدمة إبلاغ تشخيص الإصابة السرطانية للمريض ولأقربائه، فقد أسند في السنوات الأخيرة في الدول الأمريكية والأوربية الكثير من الأهمية لوضع التدابير اللازمة لكيفية هذا الإبلاغ للتخفيف من انعكاسات المرض وردود فعل المريض ومعاناته النفسية. وهو ما سنسعى لتوضيحه من خلال هذه المداخلة بإبراز التدابير والخطوات الواجب اتباعها بحيث تتلاءم مع كل حالة حسب حاجته ومصادره على غرار ما توصلت إليه العديد من الدراسات في المجال النفسي والانكولوجي.

|f Behind the five letters forming the word, "Cancer" hides a stubborn enemy who does not give up easily and raises a lot of fears and panic. Despite the ongoing development of cancer treatment, its bad reputation and demise make it synonymous with pain, suffering, and death.\nBetween the push and pull of the opinions of researchers on the impact of psychological factors in the appearance of cancers, and between supporters and opponents, the researchers in the field agreed on the intervention of these factors to form a fertile ground to activate cancer cells or on the contrary not to activate them and even inhibit them as the psychological factor of the role that can not be underestimated at every stage of the disease, especially while informing the patient about the diagnosis of his illness.\nDiscovering the individual's cancer is considered as a stun slap or shock that makes the patient amazed and lose all his features. He feels the threat of his body to him and explodes his anxiety and shows the veracity of death. The specificity of disclosing a patient's cancer diagnosis is not only related to the patient's perceptions, but also to the therapist who overtook his own perceptions and adaptive mechanisms, which constitutes a confusion that may affect how the patient assimilates his disease. It also leads to a spasm of the relationship between the patient and his doctor, lack of confidence, and unacceptability of treatment with the actual responses it entails, including psychological, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral.\nIn order to mitigate the shock of informing the diagnosis of cancer to the patient and his relatives, in recent years in the American and European countries, much importance has been given to developing measures for how to report to mitigate the consequences of the disease and the patient's reactions and psychological suffering. This is what we will seek to clarify through this intervention by highlighting the measures and steps to be followed so as to suit each case according to its needs and sources, similar to the findings of many studies in the psychological and oncology field.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
