المستخلص: تناولت الدراسة الحالية علاقة المساندة الاجتماعية المدركة بالملائمة العلاجية لدى المصابين بداء السمنة، فتم طرح التساؤلات التالية: هل هناك علاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية المدركة ومستوى الملائمة العلاجية لدى المصابين بداء السمنة؟ وما هو بعد المساندة الاجتماعية المدركة الأكثر ارتباطا بالملائمة العلاجية لدى المصابين بداء السمنة؟
تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي في جمع وتحليل المعطيات، واستعمال أدوات بحث تمثلت في الملاحظة البسيطة ومقياسي المساندة الاجتماعية المدركة لـ M.bruchon-schweitzer (2002) والملائمة العلاجية لـ Traquinio Cyril, Fischer, Gustave-Nicolas, Grégoire Alexandra (1998) على عينة بلغت 30 مريض، وتم تحليل النتائج باستعمال برنامج SPSS. 22.
وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى تحقق الفرضية الأولى بوجود علاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية المدركة والملائمة العلاجية لدى فئة مرضى السمنة، ووجود علاقة بين ملائمتهم العلاجية بالبعد المعلوماتي للمساندة، وعدم تحقق فرضية وجود العلاقة بين البعد الانفعالي والملائمة العلاجية.
وتفسير هذه النتيجة يرجع حسب الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة وملاحظات الميدان إما لتوفر سند معين أكثر من غيره، أو رضا الفرد على السند، أو متطلبات الوضعية التي يكون فيها الفرد بحاجة إلى سند معين أكثر من غيره.

The current study dealt with the relationship of social support that is aware of the therapeutic appropriateness of patients with obesity. The following questions were raised: Is there a relationship between the perceived social support and the level of therapeutic appropriateness in obesity patients? What is the more perceptive social support associated with the therapeutic appropriateness of obesity?
The descriptive approach was followed in the collection and analysis of data, using research tools such as simple observation, cognizant social support standard for M.bruchon-schweitzer (2002) and therapeutic appropriateness for Traquinio Cyril, Fischer, Gustave-Nicolas, Grégoire Alexandra (1998) on a sample of 30 Patient, and the results were analyzed using SPSS. 22.
The results of the study concluded that the first hypothesis is achieved that there is a relationship between the perceived social support and therapeutic appropriateness in the category of obesity patients, and the existence of a relationship between their therapeutic appropriateness with the information dimension of support, and the lack of realization of the hypothesis of the existence of the relationship between the emotional dimension and the therapeutic appropriateness.
The interpretation of this result is based on the theoretical side, previous studies, and observations of the field, either on the availability of a particular bond, or on the individual's satisfaction with the bond, or on the requirements of a situation where the individual needs a particular bond most.
