| 520 | |f The agricultural sector in Algeria has witnessed a great development since independence to the present day due to its great importance in achieving economic development, as it contributes to achieving self-sufficiency, reducing unemployment, developing exports, and reducing dependency on the outside, especially in terms of food. Because of the low oil prices at present, it has become necessary to search for the necessary alternatives to advance the national economy, promote exports outside the hydrocarbons sector and achieve self-sufficiency by developing an effective strategy for the development of the agricultural sector and overcoming the obstacles it faces. This research paper seeks to analyze the reality of agricultural development in Algeria and the extent of its contribution to the development of the national economy by analyzing its various indicators and identifying the shortcomings that it suffers from to find the necessary means for its development.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 | ||
| 520 | |a شهد القطاع الزراعي في الجزائر تطورا كبيرا منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا نظرا لأهميته الكبيرة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، كونه يساهم في تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وتخفيف البطالة وتنمية الصادرات والتخفيف من التبعية للخارج خاصة من حيث الغذاء. وبسبب انخفاض أسعار البترول في الوقت الراهن أصبح من الضروري البحث عن البدائل الضرورية للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي، وذلك عن طريق وضع استراتيجية فعالة لتنمية القطاع الزراعي وتجاوز العقبات التي يعاني منها، وتسعى هذه الورقة البحثية لتحليل واقع التنمية الزراعية في الجزائر ومدى مساهمتها في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال تحليل مختلف مؤشراتها والوقوف على النقائص التي تعاني منها لإيجاد السبل الضرورية لتنميتها. | ||
| 520 | |d Depuis l’indépendance à nos jours, le secteur agricole algérien a connu une évolution considérable, ceci au regard de son importance dans le développement économique et sa contribution à la réalisation de l’autosuffisance alimentaire, à la réduction du chômage, à l’encouragement des exportations et à la réduction de la dépendance vis-à-vis de l’extérieur, en particulier dans le domaine alimentaire. En raison de la baisse actuelle du prix du pétrole, il devient impérieux de rechercher des alternatives en mesure de permettre le développement de l’économie nationale, la promotion des exportations hors hydrocarbures et la réalisation de l’autosuffisance alimentaire. L’atteinte de ces objectifs nécessite l’adoption d’une stratégie efficace pour développer le secteur agricole et réduire les obstacles à son évolution. La présente recherche a pour objectif l’analyse de la situation actuelle du développement agricole en Algérie et l’étendue de sa contribution au développement de l’économie nationale. A travers l’étude de ses différents indicateurs, elle vise aussi à mettre en évidence les insuffisances que connait le développement agricole en Algérie et à faire ressortir les moyens nécessaires à son développement. | ||
