|a لازالت (نظرية الفوضى = Chaos Theory) قارة غامضة في الثقافة العربية المعاصرة، سواء أكان على صعيد الفكر أم على صعيد الأدب. وعلى الرغم من أنها استأثرت باعتناء العلماء المفكرين والنقاد الغربيين، ونشروا عنها وفيها كثيراً من الكتب والدراسات والمقالات، ألا أن ما ترجم عنها إلى اللغة العربية لا يكاد يتجاوز أصابع اليدين عدا، وأقل من ذلك ما نشر عنها باللغة العربية من كتب. وفي هذا البحث محاولة لتأصيل الأساس العلمي والفلسفي للنظرية وتكثيفه، فضلا عن القيام بأربع مقاربات نقدية تطبيقية لنماذج أدبية عربية مقترحة، قد تفتح الباب أمام المزيد من المقاربات في النقد العربي المعاصر.

|b Chaos theory remains an uncharted notion in contemporary Arabic culture both in terms of its effect on thought or on literature. Even though interest in the theory has taken the forefront of research and publication in recent years among Western academics and critics, Arabic publications on the subject remain scarce. This research attempts to find the origins and enrich the scientific and philosophical basis on which the theory is based. In addition, it aims at presenting four proposed applied criticisms on Arabic models, which, in turn, might lead to further research on the subject in the future.
