المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى السلوك العدواني ومستوى الدافعية لاعبات البولينك وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى السلوك العدواني ومستوى الدافعية بين لاعبات البولينك أما فروض البحث فكانت وجود علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى السلوك العدواني ومستوى الدافعية لدي لاعبات البولينك. أعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي وذلك لملاءمته طبيعة البحث وتكونت عينة البحث من (17) لاعبة متقدمة تم اختيارهن بصورة عمدية وجميعهن معتمدات من الاتحاد العراقي المركزي للبولينك. - واستعان الباحث بالمصادر العربية. واستمارة السلوك العدواني المرتبطة بالممارسة الرياضية ودافعية الإنجاز وعرض المقياسين على الخبراء والمختصين. قام الباحث بإجراء تجربة استطلاعية على عينة من (3) لاعبات خارج غير عينة البحث وسعى الباحث إلى إيجاد الشروط العلمية للاختبارات المستخدمة في البحث واستخدم الباحث النظام الإحصائي (SPSS) والذي تم من خلاله استخراج الأوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والوسط الحسابي المرجع ومعامل الارتباط (بيرسون). وبعد عرض وتحليل النتائج ومناقشتها استنتج الباحث أن عينة البحث تمتلك مستوى عالي من العدوانية ودافعية إنجاز عالية هناك علاقة ارتباط دالة إحصائيا بين دافعية الإنجاز والسلوك العدواني لعينة البحث. وأوصي الباحث بالاهتمام بالجانب النفسي للاعب من أجل التحكم بمستوى العدوانية ودافعية الإنجاز.

The study aimed to identify the Mistoi aggressive behavior and the level of motivation for the players Alpaulink Okz you to identify the relationship between the level of behavior Aladowne and the level of motivation among the players Alpaulink The research hypothesis was the existence of a correlation statistically significant between the level of behavior Aladowne and the level of motivation among players Alpaulink adopted researcher descriptive survey manner and it suits the nature of the research and the research sample consisted of (17) for the advanced player were selected and all of them are intentional dependencies of the Iraqi Federation of Central Poulenc - and hired a researcher Arab sources. Form and aggressive behavior associated with the practice of sports and achievement motivation and display scales to experts and specialists. The researcher conducted an experiment with a reconnaissance on a sample of (3) players outside is a sample search and Sai researcher to find the conditions of scientific tests used in research, the researcher used the statistical system (spss), which has been through the extraction circles and standard deviations and the arithmetic mean of the reference and the correlation coefficient (Pearson).   After the presentation and analysis of the results and discuss the researcher concluded that the sample has a high level of aggressiveness and high achievement motivation there is a statistically significant correlation between achievement motivation and aggressive behavior of the sample. The researcher recommended attention to the psychological aspect of the player in order to control the level of aggressiveness and achievement motivation.
