|b Social service is considered as a humanitarian occupation that stretches its seeds in a variety of fields and domains .Nowadays, it is witnessed an interesting huge progression (development) due to its integration in universities and institutions; moreover, various sciences are benefited from that kind of service; they are included and cooperated in all social and economic institutions ( societies) .More precisely, no private and public societies could deprive from that benefit at the level of sociologist Alternatively, s/he is interested in formative integration; dependently, for three pathes that are cohesively harmonized at the level of individual, a group, or a society. And when the social occupation servicecomes, it is a must to take into consideration several targeted aspects to attain the suitable purposes . To achieve those purposes, we have to find a variety of ways ; for instance, the communicative kinds that are more adequate with activists(Operators). Here, it is noticeable for the researchers through their researches paper , aiming to clarify the role of social communicative, for a specialist that plays the main role for the effectiveness of a social attachment and making practical changes.

|a إن الخدمة الاجتماعية مهنة إنسانية تمتد جذورها إلى مختلف المجالات وعرفت اليوم الخدمة الاجتماعية تطوراً هاماً بفضل إدراجها في الجامعات والمعاهد واستفادتها من مختلف العلوم، فتغلغلت في جميع المؤسسات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، حيث لا تكاد أي مؤسسة عامة أو خاصة تخلوا من وجود أخصائي اجتماعي يهدف إلى التدخل المهني وفق طرق ثلاثة تنسحب على مستويات الفرد، الجماعة، المجتمع، وعند ممارسة مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية وبغرض تحقيق الغايات المتوخاة منها لابد من إيجاد المسالك الكفيلة بتبليغ المضامين وأداء المهام بنسب عالية من النجاح، وهو ما يتطلب توظيف الأنماط الاتصالية الأكثر ملائمة مع العملاء المستهدفون، وهنا يبرز هدف الباحث من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية من خلال توضيح الدور الاتصالي للاخصائي الاجتماعي باعتباره محوراً مهماً في فعالية الأداء الاجتماعي وإحداث التغيير المقصود.
