الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على خير البشر محمد، المبعوث رحمة للعالمين أما بعد. يعالج هذا البحث خطاباً أدبياً بلاغياً نسوياً لامرأتين ورد ذكرهما في القرآن الكريم، هما ابنتا شعيب عليه السلام اللتان التقاهما موسى عليه السلام على بئر (مدين) وهما تسقيان، وقد تزوج إحداهما فيما بعد. وقد حلل البحث هذا الخطاب، وعرض لبعض الملامح البلاغية الواردة فيه، كالتقديم والتأخير، وفصاحة الألفاظ، وذهابه مذهب المثل، وغيرها. وعرّج على الدروس الإنسانية المستفادة منه، والتي تشير إلى مقدار الحرية التي منحها الإسلام للمرأة، منها حرية العمل، وطلب الرزق، واختيار شريك الحياة. والحقيقة إن القضايا الحقوقية التي عرض لها البحث، قضايا اجتماعية تلاقي دوماً معارضة عنيفة من قِبَل المجتمع، لتعلقها بالمرأة وحقوقها التي سمح بها الدين، بينما أنكرتها أو أغفلتها العادات والتقاليد؛ بحكم امتداداتها -أي العادات- الجاهلية، ورسوخها في المجتمعات. لذلك أرى في هذا البحث حلقة جديدةً من حلقات محاولة فك الحصار الاجتماعي عن المرأة، ولفت الأنظار إلى التوجيه الحقيقي للقرآن الكريم نحو قضاياها وحقوقها. وقد عرضت لكل ما سبق عبر دراسة بلاغية حللت فيها خطاب ابنتي شعيب عليه السلام واستخرجت بعض ملامحه البلاغية التي تنمّ عن ذكاء المرأة وبلاغتها ووعيها الحضاري، مستعينة بكتب التفسير والبلاغة وآراء الدارسين المحدثين كتفسير القرطبي والزمخشري وسيد قطب، ودلائل الإعجاز للجرجاني وغيرها، بالتوافق معها مرة ومعارضتها مرة أخرى.
All praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the prophet Mohammad, who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, and now… This research addresses a feminine rhetorical literary speech for two women mentioned in the Holy Quran, the two daughters of Shuaib peace be upon him, who met Mousa peace be upon near Madian well while they were trying to bring water, and later Mousa married one of them. This research analyzed the given speech and introduced some rhetorical features mentioned in it, such as advancement and delaying, rhetoric of words and being like a saying, etc. The researcher also addressed the human lessons taken from that, indicating the amount of freedom given to the woman, such as the work freedom, seeking for living, and choosing the husband. Indeed, the right issues that the research addressed are the social issues that usually face strong resistance from the society, as they are related to the woman and the rights given to her by the Islamic religion, while they are neglected by the customs and traditions, given the extension of the pre-Islamic traditions that are ingrained in the societies. Therefore, I can see that he current research is a part of the continuum aiming at reducing the social blockade against women, and drawing the attention towards the real intention of the Holy Quran with regard to her issues and rights. I addressed all the above mentioned via a rhetoric study, where I analyzed the speech of the two daughters of Shuaib peace be upon him. I also found out some of its rhetoric features that prove the rhetoric and intelligence of women as well as their civilized awareness, by making advantage of the books of interpretation and rhetoric as well as the opinions of scholars, such as the interpretations of Al-Qourtubi, Al-Zamakheshari and Sayid Qotob in addition to the evidences of miracles for Al-Jarjani, and so on, either by approval or contradiction.
