The well-known American political figure, Henry, of German descent and Jewish religion, is an influential figure not only in the history of the United States, in foreign policy, but also in international politics. This influence has become a norm or a basis for the United States of America in managing conflicts and international crises. Today, the naming of the "godfather of American politics" is proof of the importance of Kissinger's role in the administration and manufacture of US foreign policy. We have therefore decided to shed light on the research and analysis of this important and controversial figure with regard to its origins and religion as well as its ideas and wisdom that contributed to making the United States run the world as a whole. We have chosen a model through which we can describe or deal with these forms or contradictions in this character by the title "Henry Kissinger's role in managing the crises of the Middle East between racism and pragmatism" in an attempt to identify this character and the most important ideas that derive from it US policymakers are most of their political ideas. Kissinger preferred American pragmatism as a national security adviser and US secretary of state to the detriment of his Jewish religion and racism according to the American point of view. تعد الشخصية السياسية الأمريكية المعروفة هنري كيسنجر، ذات الأصول الألمانية والديانة اليهودية، من الشخصيات التي تركت أثرا كبيرا ليس في تاريخ الولايات المتحدة وسياستها الخارجية بل وفي السياسة الدولية أيضا، وقد أصبح هذا الأثر عرفا أو قاعدة ترتكز عليها الولايات المتحدة الأميريكية في إدارة الصراعات والأزمات الدولية حتى وقتنا الحاضر، ولعل إطلاق تسمية "عراب السياسة الأمريكية" خير دليل على أهمية الدور الذي أداه كيسنجر في إدارة وصناعة السياسة الخارجية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. لذلك ارتأينا أن نسلط الضوء بالبحث والتحليل على هذه الشخصية المهمة والمثيرة للجدل فيما يتعلق بأصولها وديانتها إلى جانب أفكارها وحنكتها التي ساهمت في أن تجعل الولايات المتحدة تدير العالم بأجمعه. وقد اخترنا أنموذجا يمكن عن طريقه أن نبين أو نعالج هذا الأشكال أو التناقض في هذه الشخصية عبر عنوان "دور هنري كيسنجر في إدارة أزمات الشرق الأوسط بين العنصرية والبرغماتية (حرب أكتوبر أنموذجا)" في محاولة للتعرف على هذه الشخصية وعلى أهم أفكارها التي أصبحت يستمد منها صناع القرار الأمريكي أغلب أفكارهم السياسية. فضل كيسنجر البرغماتية الأمريكية بوصفه مستشارا للأمن القومي ووزيرا للخارجية الأمريكية على حساب ديانته اليهودية والعنصرية حسب وجهة النظر الأمريكية، وقد تجسد ذلك في مناسبات عدة أثناء حرب أكتوبر كما لاحظنا ذلك في سياق البحث بمعنى أنه لم يمثل سياسة النزعة العنصرية التي كانت تمارسها إسرائيل على حساب الآخرين عن طريق وسائل شتى كما تتهمه عدد من المصادر، بل كان يمثل الاستراتيجية الأمريكية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط والتي تعد مسألة أمن إسرائيل أحدى أهم أولويات هذه الاستراتيجية، على أن لا تكون هذه الأولوية على حساب الأمن القومي الأمريكي ومصالح الولايات المتحدة في مناطق العالم المختلفة لاسيما في منطقة الشرق الأوسط المهمة بموقعها والغنية في مواردها.
