المستخلص: The article aims to illustrate the foundations on which fundamentalists in general and Ahnaf (followers of Imam Abu Haneefah) in particular relied in order to distinguish between the explicit significance of speech and its implied significance. It should be noted that they are purely deliberative principles. They have studied the word on singling and composition, and in their studies, they exceeded what is apparent to what is hidden. They elaborated on the meaning in terms of intent, which confirms that the fundamentalist intellectual system, in general, is based on a conceptual device whose procedural keys are closely related with the trading method, which establishes a distinct asset trading project.

يهدف المقال المنجز إلى بيان المرتكزات التي استند إليها الأصوليون عامة والأحناف خاصة في سبيل التمييز بين الدلالة الصريحة للخطاب والدلالة المستلزمة له، والملاحظ أنها مبادئ تداولية خالصة، فقد درسوا اللفظ على الإفراد والتركيب، وتجاوزوا في دراساتهم ما هو ظاهر إلى ما هو خفي، وفصلوا القول في الدلاة على المعاني من حيث القصد، مما يؤكد أن المنظومة الفكرية الأصولية عامة تنبني على جهاز مفاهيمي مفاتيحه الإجرائية ذات صلة وطيدة بالمنهج التداولي، وهو ما يؤسس لمشروع تداولي أصولي متميز.

Cet article a pour but de mettre en évidence les points d'appui adoptés par el oussoutyen en général et les Hanafi en particulier afin de faire la distinction entre la signification explicite dans le discours et la signification implicite.
On constate que ces principes sont purement pragmatiques, ils ont étudié le mot en tant qu'il est simple ou composé et ils ont même étudié tout qui est explicite pour ce qui est implicite. Ils se sont intéressés également à la signification en terme d'intention ce qui confirme que le système conceptuel original est fondé sur un mécanisme associé à une procédure pragmatique qui établit un projet pragmatique distinct
