المستخلص: A reorientation towards a more productive or rational economy based on what is available at home or the specific advantage of each country leads to the development of India's economy. Population density, which is supposed to be a social impediment to the development of a country, build India's potential to become a unique economic power. Focusing on the Offshore service, which remains the strongest pillar of India's economic development, we will try to propose an attempt to apply this Indian model to the Algerian situation, at a time when Algeria is confronted with an unparalleled economic deadlock. Our goal is to extract the difference between the two countries that know a very different rate of development.

La réorientation vers une économie plus productive ou une économie rationnelle en se basant sur ce qui est disponible en interne ou le privilège qui spécifie chaque pays conduit à renforcer le développement économique de l’Inde. La densité populaire qui présente en principe un embarras social du développement d’un pays consolide l’aptitude de ce pays à devenir une puissance économique particulière. En se concentrant sur le service Offshoring étant le pilier le plus puissant du développement économique de l’Inde ; on essayera de proposer une tentative d’application de ce modèle Indien sur le cas algérien au moment où l’Algérie connait un dilemme économique incomparable. Notre but est donc de retirer la différence entre deux pays connaissant un niveau du développement extrêmement différent.

إعادة التوجه نحو اقتصاد أكثر إنتاجية أو اقتصاد عقلاني بالاعتماد على ما هو متاح بالداخل أو الميزة التي تخصص كل بلد تقود إلى التطور الاقتصادي للهند. الكثافة السكانية التي من المفروض أنها تشكل عائق اجتماعي لتطوير بلد ما توطد إمكانية الهند لان تصبح قوة اقتصادية فريدة من نوعها. بالتركيز على خدمة الأفشور التي تبقى العمود الأقوى للتطور الاقتصادي للهند، سنحاول اقتراح محاولة تطبيق هذا النموذج الهندي على الحالة الجزائرية في الوقت الذي تعرف فيه الجزائر مأزق اقتصادي لا مثيل له. هدفنا هو إذا استخراج الفرق بين بلدين يعرفان معدل تطور مختلف للغاية.
