|f The main objective of this research is to study some technical and economic practices in the energy sector in Algeria, according to available energy capabilities and energy efficiency indicators for consumption and production, to control energy consumption and ensure a rational transition to renewable energy. We find that the pillars of this transition are diverse and many, starting from the effectiveness of public energy policies, through specific policies and strategies for energy indicators, so that Algeria can integrate into international energy strategies through clear scientific criteria for the production and consumption of this energy.\nThe Algerian energy program guarantees measures that help to use the most suitable forms of energy for different uses and which require changing human consumption behavior as well as modernizing and improving production machinery and equipment.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|d L’objectif principal de cette étude est de cibler quelques pratiques techniques et économiques utilisées dans le domaine énergétique, selon les capacités énergétiques de l’Algérie, elle s’appuie sur les indicateurs d’efficacité énergétique par grand secteur consommateur d’énergie. Pour maitriser la consommation énergétique et assurer le passage sein et rationnel au domaine des énergies renouvelables. On trouve ici que les piliers de ce passage sont divers et multiples, débutant de l’efficacité des politiques générale de l’énergie, passant par une stratégie seine et fiables pour les indicateurs énergétiques, arrivant au perspectives claires et lignes directrices des stratégies globales de productions et consommation de cette énergie. \nL’objectif de l’efficacité énergétique consiste à produire les mêmes biens ou services, mais en utilisant le moins d’énergie possible. Le programme algérien comporte des actions qui privilégient le recours aux formes d’énergie les mieux adaptées aux différents usages et nécessitant la modification des comportements et l’isélioration des équipements.

|a إن الهدف الأساسي لهدا البحث هو دراسة بعض الممارسات التقنية والاقتصادية في قطاع الطاقة بالجزائر، حسب القدرات الطاقوية المتوفرة وحسب مؤشرات الكفاءة الطاقوية، للاستهلاك والإنتاج، للسيطرة على استهلاك الطاقة وضمان الانتقال العقلاني لمجال الطاقات المتجددة. نجد هنا أن أركان هذا الانتقال متنوعة وعديدة، ابتداء من فعالية سياسات الطاقة العامة، من خلال سياسات واستراتيجيات محددة لمؤشرات الطاقة، لتصل الجزائر إلى الاندماج ضمن الاستراتيجيات الطاقوية الدولية من خلال معايير علمية واضحة لإنتاج ولاستهلاك هذه الطاقة.\nيضمن البرنامج الجزائري للطاقة الإجراءات التي تساعد على استخدام الأشكال الأكثر مناسبة من الطاقة للاستخدامات المختلفة والتي تتطلب تغيير السلوك البشري للاستهلاك وكدا تحديث الآلات والمعدات الإنتاجية وتحسينها.\n
