المستخلص: In dis paper, we propose, through an empirical experiment, a new look at the economic risks of international migration and the effects of financial transfers through the return of migrants in the development of their countries of origin.\nOur research aims to “assess the contribution of financial transfers to increased consumption or household investment. Unlike other social studies on the phenomenon of migration in Algeria, we chose to conduct a supplementary study, of a partial economic nature, which focuses on the return of migrants to their country of origin, especially in Algeria and explained how the returning migrant contributes to the development of his country of origin through the investment channel. We will address the features of the migrants returning to their country, the way of using funds and the factors affecting the distribution of transfers.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

Dans le présent travail de recherche, nous proposons, à travers un essai empirique, un nouveau regard sur les enjeux économiques de la migration internationale et les effets des Transferts de fonds par les migrants de retour dans le développement des pays d’origine. \nNotre recherche vise à 'évaluer la contribution des envois de fonds à l'augmentation de la consommation des ménages ou de l’investissement. Contrairement aux autres études sociologiques sur le phénomène de la migration en Algérie. Notre étude vise à enrichir le cadre de la migration Algérienne, et d’accomplir les études précédentes a travers les enquêtes et d’apporter de nouveaux résultats reflétant les effets de la migration et leurs relations au Développement. Enfin nous avons choisi de mener une étude complémentaire, à caractère Micro-économique, et qui se focalise sur la migration de retour au pays d’origine en particulier en Algérie. Elle explique comment le migrant de retour contribue au développement de son pays d’origine à travers le canal investissement. Nous allons voire les caractéristiques des migrants de retour et la manière dont les envois de fonds sont utilisés ainsi les facteurs qui influencent la répartition de ces transferts.
