|a تعتبر الفتوى الشرعية الموجه الأبرز لحياة المسلمين، وبذلك تكتسي خطورة وضرورة في آن واحد، ضرورة شرعية لأن حاجة المسلمين إلى من يجيبهم عن تساؤلاتهم، وما تفرزه المدنية والحياة المعاصرة من إشكالات حاجة ماسة وكبيرة، ولذلك فلابد من وجود من يضطلع بهذه المهمة بأحسن وجه، ويتصدى لتلكم المشكلات برسوخ علم، وثاقب نظر. وهي في نفس الوقت مهمة خطيرة جداً، فقد تودي فتوى متسرعة بعرض أو دم أو مال مسلم بغير حق، وقد تفرق بين أقوام أو تبغض الشريعة لأناس لم يروا العدل والمصلحة والمنطق في فتاوى حوكموا بها. ولذا توجب على العلماء ف يكل عصر ومصر توجيه كامل عنايتهم لضبط منهجية الفتوى وتكوين المفتين وتأطير عملية الإفتاء كلها حتى لا يفتن الناس في دينهم (رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَة لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ). والحديث عن مناهج العلماء الراسخين وتجاربهم مع الفتوى ينير الدرب للمجتهدين وطلبة العلم، ويسهم في إرساء معالم واضحة للفتوى المعاصرة. ويأتي هذا البحث في هذا الإطار ليبرز تجربة عالم ومصلح معاصر، وهو الإمام الشيخ إبراهيم بيوض، من خلال فتاويه التي تميزت في منهجها وأسلوبها، وأظهرت تمكن الشيخ ورسوخ قدمه في العلم الشرعي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قسم الموضوع إلى محورين: الأول محطات في حياة الشيخ لإبراز عوامل تكوينه الشرعي وميزاته. الثاني: ملامح الفتوى عند الإمام من خلال عرض نماذج من تلك الفتاوى.

|b Legitimate fatwa is considered as the most prominent guide for the lives of Muslims, and so it’s both dangerous and necessary in a same time. Legal necessity, so muslims need is to who answer their questions, and what civil and contemporary life creates big and urgent need issues. So there must be someone who accomplishes this task in best way, and can cope with these tasks with firm comprehension and accurately, it’s a very dangerous task in a same time, any fast fatwa may lead to reputation, blood or property of of Muslim unfairly. It may separate between nations or detest people who haven’t seen justice , interest and logic in fatwa they were juged with In every age, Scholars should guide all their concern to adjust the methodology of fatwa and forming Muftis and frame the operation of fatwa inorder to keep people away from testing them in their religion "Our Lord! Make us not a (test and) trial for the Unbelievers, but forgive us, our Lord! for Thou art the Exalted in Might, the Wise" Talking about firm Scholars methodology and their experiences With Fatwa illuminates the path to the diligent people and seekers, and Contribute to send clear landmarks of contemporary Fatwa. This paper shows the experience of a Scholar and contemporary peacemaker, it’s the Imam Cheikh Beyoud Ibrahim through his fatwas are characterized by its methodology and its style, and has shown his ability and established in science. To achieve the target, he divided the subject into two units: Firstly, Stations in the life of Sheikh to show the factors of his Islamic law formation and its features Secondly, features of Fatwa for Imam through showing some styles of them.
