|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تجلية العلاقة بين القرآن والسنة، من حيث المعنى في المفهوم والرّتبة، وفق إطار ومعياريّة أصوليّة؛ وتبدو إشكالية البحث في تحديد نوع العلامة بين القرآن والسنة، هل هي علاقة تبعيّة، أم استقلاليّة، أم هي بين ذلك قواما؟! ولديها من صلاحيّة الاستقلال حسب ما تقتضيه قاعدة التأسيس وحاجتها إلى توسع البنيان؛ استجابة وإجابة عن سؤال، أو نداء يوجهه العصر، أيّ عصر! والذي خلص إليه البحث أنّ النزاع في هذه المسألة لفظي؛ ويلزم من القول أنهما بمعنى واحد، تعطيل السنة عن وظيفتها البيانيّة في الحياة العمليّة، وكما يصدق ظاهر السنه على التأكيد يصدق على التأسيس، والحمل على تأسيس الأحكام أولى، وهو الذي يرجحه الباحث.
