تناولت هذه الدراسة المقاصد الخاصة للكفارات، حيث بينت المقاصد الخاصة لكفارة القتل، والتي تتمثل في تحقيق مقصد البدل من تعطيل حق الله، وحق المقتول، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق مقصد وأد الثأر بشفاء صدر أهل المقتول، وتحقيق مقصد التنقية والتمحيص، والاختبار، والأمن المجتمعي. كما بينت المقاصد الخاصة لكفارة الظهار، ودورها في تحقيق مقصد تكريم المرأة برد اعتبارها، وإبطال حكم الظهار، وتحقيق الأمن الأسري وأوضحت الدراسة المقاصد الخاصة لكفارة اليمين ودورها في تحقيق مقصد رد اعتبار العقد المنقوض، وتعظيم الأيمان، وتحقيق مقصد الحث على الوفاء بالعقود والعهود، ومقصد التيسير ورفع الحرج. وتناولت الدراسة دور كفارة إفساد الصوم بالجماع في نهار رمضان في تحقيق مقصد تعظيم حرمة الشهر، وكبح جماح الشهوة، ومقصد تكريم المرأة برد اعتبارها. كما تناولت أثر كفارة قتل الصيد في تحقيق مقصد تعظيم حرمات الله الزمانية والمكانية، وتحقيق مقصد الإيلام كعقوبة يقصد منها الزجر.
This study tackles the special aims of atonements through inducting and tracing them in religious texts, this gives it its importance which leads to highlight the beautifulness of legislation and its influence on individual and society. This study has clarified that there are a group of special purposes for atonements such as killing atonement, where we achieve replacement purpose of God’s right and the killed person’s rights, ending revenge, searching and testing, and social security. In addition, this study has highlighted the special purposes of Zihar atonement and its role in assuring the woman’s dignity, by invalidating the Zihar ruling, achieving the family’s security. Also the study has clarified the special purposes of oath atonement, where we assure the validity of contracts, the importance of oaths, trustworthy of contracts and covenants, and the easiness. The study has clarified the breakfasting atonement in the day of Ramadan by having intercourse, where we has special purposes such as the respecting the sanctity of Ramadan, stopping the power of temptation, and highlighting the woman’s dignity. Finally the study has clarified the influence of the atonement of hunting, where we see how to respect God’s sanctities, whether according to time or place, and how painful punishment is intended to avoid from this forbidden matter.
