|a مازالت تعتبر الإعاقة في تونس مشكلة اجتماعية تستدعي العلاج والرعاية نتيجة غياب سياسة تنموية واضحة وعدم مواكبة التطورات الحاصلة، حيث يجد الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تدخله مع ذوي الإعاقة صعوبات عديدة في توظيف معارفه النظرية والأكاديمية في إطار علمي مبني على الإدراك الاجتماعي والبصيرة السيكولوجية.

|d L’handicap est, encore, considéré en Tunisie comme un problème social qui nécessite traitement et soin résultant de l’absence d’une politique de développement claire et du manque de suivi des évolutions survenues. Par conséquent, le travailleur social rencontre de multiples difficultés dans son intervention vis-à-vis de l’handicapé en vue de la professionnalisation de ses connaissances théoriques et académiques dans un cadre scientifique basé sur la perception sociale et la clairvoyance.
