|f This study aims to identify the process of communication which is an important and vital process between the groups. It is a means and not an end in itself. It should be known that proper communication is the result of understanding among the members of the team. Good communication helps to achieve goals, perform business or activities in a good way, win the cooperation of others and make ideas and instructions to clearly understand the desired changes in performance and result. \nCommunication between the coach, the players and the sports team as a whole is considered an effective element in the conduct of the training process. It is an important means that contributes to the achievement of the desired goals. Therefore, the success of the training process is largely related to the nature of such communication or interaction which happens between the coach and his players. From this point of view, we have conducted this study, which deals with the role of communication between the coach and the players in achieving the positive results of the football team.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة عملية الاتصال التي تعتبر من العمليات الهامة والحيوية بين الجماعة، فهي وسيلة وليست غاية في حد ذاتها وينبغي معرفة ان الاتصال السليم هو نتيجة التفاهم بين أعضاء الفريق، فالاتصال الجيد يساعد في تحقيق الأهداف وأداء الأعمال أو الأنشطة بطريقة جيدة والفوز بتعاون الأخرين وجعل الأفكار والتعليمات لفهم بوضوح وأحداث التغييرات المرغوبة في الأداء والنتيجة.\nفالاتصال بين المدرب واللاعبين والفريق الرياضي ككل يعتبر عنصرا فعالا في سير العملية التدريبية ويعد وسيلة مهمة تساهم في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة ولذلك فإن نجاح العملية التدريبية مرتبط إلى حد بعيد بطبيعة هذا الاتصال أو التفاعل الذي يحدث بين المدرب ولاعبيه، ومن هذا المنطلق قمنا بهذه الدراسة التي تتناول دور الاتصال بين المدرب واللاعبين في تحقيق النتائج الايجابية للفريق في كرة القدم.

|d Notre étude elle vise la connaissance de l’opération de la communication, elle est considérée comme un moyen important dans la pratique des activités sportives et dans l’équipe sportive et spécialement entre l’entraineur et les joueurs, afin d’atteindre les meilleurs résultats et aussi un élément efficace pour un bon déroulement d’entrainement et de compétition. elle permet à l’entraineur de travailler avec une méthode scientifique et avec réussite dans sa tache et sa mission.
