المستخلص: The current study aims to identify the level of secondary education teachers’ knowledge of the competencies of preparing good achievement tests in light of their new roles. In order to achieve this, the exploratory, descriptive approach was used, and the study tool consisted of a scale consisting of 15 paragraphs represented in three points (planning - preparation and codification - analysis and application). After verifying its psychometric properties, it was applied to a sample estimated at (232) male and female teachers from the Central El Oued Province High Schools. The study concluded some results, the most important of which are: The level of secondary education teachers’ knowledge of the competencies of preparing good achievement tests in light of their new roles was low.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف علي مستوى معرفة أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات إعداد الاختبارات التحصيلية الجيدة في ضوء أدوارهم الجديدة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من مقياس مكون من 15 فقرة ممثلة في ثلاث محاور (التخطيط-الإعداد والتقنين-التحليل والتطبيق) وبعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية تم تطبيقها على عينة مقدرة بـــــــــــ (232) أستاذ وأستاذة من ثانويات ولاية الوادي وسط، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: أن مستوى معرفة أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لكفايات إعداد الاختبارات التحصيلية الجيدة في ضوء أدوارهم الجديدة كانت منخفضة.

L'étude vise à déterminer le niveau de connaissances des compétences des enseignants des écoles secondaires préparent des bons examens d'achèvement en fonction de leurs nouveaux rôles, et de parvenir à cette approche a été utilisée descriptive explorative, l'étude a consisté outil d'une échelle de composante du paragraphe 15 représenté en trois axes (réglage de la planification et le rationnement d'analyse et d'application) après s'être assuré que leurs propriétés psychométriques ont été appliquées à l'échantillon estimé à (232) et professeur de lycés de la ville d'Eloued, et l'étude a révélé un certain nombre de résultats, y compris: le niveau de connaissances des enseignants des écoles secondaires compétences préparent de bons tests de rendement à la lumière des rôles du Nouveau était bas.
