المستخلص: الحجاج مصطلح قديم تلبس بدلالات مختلفة، بحسب الحقول المعرفية التي انتسب إليها، والمراحل التاريخية التي مر بها، والخلفيات الفكرية للأعلام الذين اشتغلوا فيه. وهذ البحث محاولة لدراسة ومقارنة مفهومي مصطلح الحجاج عند علمين من أعلام النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين هما: بيرلمان وديكرو؛ إذ يمثل الأول امتدادا للمنطق الأرسطي، ويقود الثاني ثورة على هذا المنطق؛ ساعيا لاستعاضته بمنطق جديد سماه المنطق الطبيعي للغة، وذلك ما تجلى من خلال نظرية: "الحجاج في اللغة".

L'argumentation c'est un ancien terme a des connotations différentes, en raison des différents domaines de la connaissance, les différentes étapes historiques, et les différentes orientations intellectuelles pour les chercheurs. Cette étude tente de comparer deux concepts du terme argumentation entre deux chercheurs de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle, sont: Chaim Perelman et Oswald Ducrot, le première représente une extension de la logique d'Aristote, et la deuxième représente une révolution contre cette logique, cherchant d'une nouvelle logique appelée la logique naturelle du langage, et qui se manifeste dans leur théorie :"l'argumentation dans la langue".

This research aims to compare two concepts of term argumentation between two scientists of the second half of the twentieth century: Chaim Perelman and Oswald Ducrot ; The first represents an extension of Aristotelian logic, and the second leads a revolution against this logic, seeking to replace it with a new logic called the natural logic of the language, which was appeared in its theory: "argumentation in Language"
