المستخلص: يواجه المجتمع المصري تحديات عدة نجمت عن التطورات والتحولات في جميع المجالات العلمية والتكنولوجية والاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية المتسارعة، كما يشهد العالم انشطارا هائلا في المعرفة الإنسانية في كل المجالات، لذا أصبحت تكمن قوة المجتمعات في قدرتها على إنتاج المعرفة وتوظيفها، واستغلال الثروة البشرية التي تمتلكها.
ومن ثم فإن المعرفة باتت أهم عامل في التنمية الاقتصادية، حيث تغير نمط الاقتصاد وأصبح قائم على المعرفة من خلال معالجتها وزيادة قيمتها، وقدرة منتجات المعرفة على اختراق حدود المسافات الجغرافية، وزيادة الميزات التنافسية للمعرفة حيث تمثلت في زيادة الابتكارات التقنية، مما أدى لزيادة الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري، والذي يتمثل فيما نمتلكه من أفكار وتقنيات، ورصيد معرفي، ويمثل استثماره أهم تحدي يواجه المجتمعات.
ونظراً لأن المنظومة التعليمية في أنواع التعليم المختلفة تعد منظومة متكاملة العناصر، فإن المعلم هو محور العملية التعليمية، ومن ثم فإن أداء المعلم سواء أكان إيجابيا أو سلبيا ينعكس بدوره على المنظومة التعليمية بوجه عام، والتلميذ بوجه خاص. ولكي يكون المعلم ذا كفاءة تدريسية، وإدارية جيدة يجب أن تكون لديه المواصفات العقلية والمهارية والوجدانية الملائمة، وذلك من خلال عملية إعداده قبل الخدمة وتدريبه أثناء الخدمة وتنميته طوال حياته المهنية، فكل اتجاهات المتعلم إيذاء التعلم وكيفية تصوره لذاته، إنما تتكون في أول مراحل تعليمه ويؤدي المعلم في تلك المرحلة دورا حاسما لبناء التلاميذ، حيث يمكنهم من استكمال تعليمهم.
ويعد التجديد وإعادة التأهيل أمرين ضروريين، لكي يواجه المعلمون التحديات، ويتابعوا التطورات الجديدة، فهم في حاجة أساسية للتدريب المستمر لرفع مستواهم إلى أبعد مدى ممكن ولسد النقص والقصور في عملية إعداد المعلمين، وتأهيل المعلمين الجدد لرفع إنتاجيتهم وزيادة عائل رأس المال البشري. ومن ثم يظل المعلم من أهم الركائز التي يجب أن تدعم بكل جديد في مجالات النمو المهني المختلفة.
ومن ثم فقد تناولت الدراسة الحالية المستوى المهني لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي وكيفية تنميتهم مهنيا، وذلك من خلال وضع تصور مقترح للتنمية المهنية لمعلمي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي في ضوء الاتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة.

The Egyptian society is facing many challenges resulting from the developments and transformations in all scientific, technological, economic, political and social fields as the world is witnessing a huge spread of human knowledge in all fields. Thus, the power of societies lies in their ability to produce and use the knowledge and to exploit the human wealth they possess.
Thus, knowledge has become the most important factor in economic development. Where the pattern of the economy has changed and became knowledge-based through processing and increasing its value, and the ability of knowledge products to penetrate the boundaries of geographical distances and increase the competitive advantages of knowledge, which was to increase technical innovations. This has led to an increased interest in intellectual capital, which is what we have in our ideas, technologies, and knowledge, and its investment represents the most important challenge facing societies.
Since the educational system in different types of education is an integrated system, the teacher is the focus of the educational process. Thus, the performance of the teacher, whether positive or negative, in turn, is reflected in the educational system in general, and the student in particular. In order for a teacher to be proficient in teaching and management, he must have the appropriate mental, skill and emotional characteristics through the process of pre-service preparation, in-service training and development throughout his professional life. All the attitudes of the learner to harm learning and how he conceives himself are formed at the earliest stages of his education. At that stage, the teacher plays a crucial role in building the pupils, enabling them to complete their education.
Renewal and rehabilitation are essential in order for teachers to face challenges and follow new developments. They are in a fundamental need for continuous training to raise their standards to the maximum extent possible and to fill the shortage and deficiencies in the process of preparing teachers and qualifying new teachers to raise their productivity and increase the human capital. Thus, the teacher remains one of the most important pillars that must be supported in all new areas of professional growth.
Therefore, the present study examined the professional level of teachers of secondary industrial education and how to develop them professionally, by drawing up a proposal for the professional development of teachers of secondary industrial education in the light of contemporary educational trends.
