المستخلص: Le développement est un processus global pour tous les éléments de la vie quotidienne, ont une direction et des stratégies spécifiques, de sorte qu'il doit être fondé sur le développement humain « Le fabricant de développement » ne se développe pas les choses, il est un processus social ne peut pas être séparé des dimensions économiques et sociales.
Par conséquent, nous possédons le rôle ultime de la femme dans la société, tant à l'intérieur de la maison dans la socialisation et l'éducation des jeunes et dehors dans le domaine de l'emploi et la participation à la prise de décision.


Development is a process that includes all the elements of everyday life, has a specific direction and strategies, so it must be based on the development of the human “the maker of development” and not the development of the things, it is a social process that cannot be separated between its economic and social dimensions.
From here it is evident to us the paramount role that women play in society, both within the home in terms of socialisation and raising of children or outside in the world of work and participating in decision-making.

تعد التنمية عملية شاملة لكل مقومات الحياة اليومية، لها اتجاه واستراتيجيات محددة، لذلك يجب أن ترتكز على تطوير الإنسان "صانع التنمية" لا تطوير الأشياء، فهي عملية اجتماعية لا يمكن الفصل بين بعديها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
ومن هنا يتجلى لنا الدور الأسمى الذي تلعبه المرأة في المجتمع سواء داخل البيت في التنشئة الاجتماعية وتربية النشء أو خارجه في ميدان العمل ومشاركتها في صنع القرار.
