المستخلص: يعتبر انحراف الأحداث من أخطر الظواهر التي تواجهها المجتمعات العربية، على اختلاف بيئاتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وحصيلة مؤثرات داخلية وخارجية، نظرا لأسباب عدة وأبرزها انسلاخ الأسرة من هويتها الحقيقية وتخليها عن كثير من مقوماتها الأساسية وسقوطها في متاهات التبعية والدخول في بوتقة الحضارة الجديدة المستوردة من هنا وهناك والغربية منها على وجه الخصوص، ناهيك عن تأثرها بالمتغيرات الحاصلة على مستوى القيم الاجتماعية الوافدة بحكم انفتاح العالم على بعضه البعض، مما أدى إلى ظهور تصرفات جديدة ومشاكل متعددة تنخر أواصر الأسرة، والتي بدورها تمثل العامل الأساس لتفتيت الكيان العائلي وهدم المقومات، وبالتالي التسبب في انحراف وجنوح الأطفال كل حسب الظروف التي يعيشها.

Juvenile delinquency is considered one of the most serious phenomena faced by Arab societies, regardless of their social and economic environment and the result of internal and external influences, due to several reasons, the most prominent of which is the separation of the family from its true identity, its abandonment of many of her core components, its fall into the maze of dependence and its entry into the crucible of the new civilization imported from here and there, especially the western one, not to mention that it has been affected by changes in the level of incoming social values due to the openness of the world to each other, which has led to the emergence of new behaviours and multiple problems that break the bonds of the family, which in turn constitute the basis for the fragmentation of the family entity and the destruction of the components, thus causing the children delinquency, depending on the circumstances in which they live.

La délinquance juvénile est l'un des phénomènes les plus dangereux que rencontrent les sociétés arabes, dans toute leur diversité social et économique, et le résultat des influences internes et externes, pour plusieurs raisons, notamment la rupture de la famille avec sa véritable identité et l'abandon de la plupart de ses composants de base et sa rentrée dans une labyrinthe de dépendance et un creuset de nouvelles civilisations importés d'ici et là, et plus particulièrement celle venant de l'occident d' autant plus l'impact des changements qui se produisent au niveau des valeurs sociales exotiques d'après l'ouverture au monde, qui a conduit à l'émergence de (nouvelles actions) nouveaux comportements et de multiples problèmes qui affligent les liens de la famille, qui est à son tour un facteur clé pour briser l'entité de la famille et démolir ses attributs, et causant ainsi la déviation de l'enfant a la délinquance, chacun selon les conditions vécues.
