كثرت الصيحات في الشرق والغرب، تحذر وتعلن بضرورة الحفاظ على البيئة، بل وربما تشير بأصابع الاتهام إلى الإسلام بأنه دين بعيد كل البعد عن الحفاظ عن البيئة.
يبرز البحث المنهج الإسلامي في الحفاظ على البيئة الذي يتضمن المحافظة على الإنسان أولا، ثم المحافظة على سائر عناصر الكون، وحينما تصدر الأحكام التي تمنع تلوث البيئة عن النصوص الشرعية، والقواعد الفقهية، فإنه يصبح من واجب الناس جميعا أن يلتزموا بها كسائر الأحكام الشرعية، لما فيها من مصلحة عامة للبشرية كلها، إذ عندما يعبث الإنسان بهذه القوانين فإنه يشبه المنتحر الذي يقتل الآخرين ثم يقتل نفسه.

There are many cries in the East and West, warning and announcing the need to preserve the environment, and perhaps pointing fingers to Islam as a religion that is far from protecting the environment.
The research highlights the Islamic approach to the protection of the environment, which includes the preservation of the human being first, then the preservation of the all other elements of the universe, and when rulings that prevent polluting the environment are issued from sharia texts and jurisprudential rules, it becomes the duty of all people to abide by them, like all other Islamic regulations, because they are in the common interest of all mankind. When a man tampers with these laws, he is like a suiciding person who kills others and then kills himself.

Protéger l'environnement: au Fiqh et comportement islamique La protection, la pollution environnementale: sont de nouveaux termes parus cet âge, à cause des risque qui menacent les humains et les générations de l'avenir.
On entend beaucoup des cris de l'Est et l'Ouest qui avertissent et déclarent la nécessité de protéger l'environnement et peut-être ils accusent l'Islam qu' il ne faisait pas à lui préserver.
Quand l' homme gâtera les lois divines, il ressemblera à un suicide qui tue d'autres personnes, puis il se tue.
Cette recherche montre la grandeur de l'Islam, son rôle à préserver de la terre, par les versets du saint Coran et le Hadith du Prophète, en affirmant l'approche et le comportement islamique qui protègent I' homme tout d'abord, puis en maintenant les autres éléments de l'univers, en assurant aussi que les jugements des sources légitimes, les règles et de la jurisprudence qui empêchent de détruire l'univers, Cela signifie que tout le monde doit les respecter pour l'intérêt de toute l'humanité.
