إن حاجة المجتمع الرياضي تزداد مع مرور الوقت إلى إعداد مدربين قيادين كي يتمكنون بقيادة فريقهم على أكمل الوجه وتأثيرهم في سلوك الأفراد من أجل الحصول على نتائج مرضية، ومع الإيمان بهذا الدور الكبير لتلك القيادات الرياضية فإنه من المهم بمكان البحث عن مدى توفر مبدأ الرضا عن العمل لدى تلك القيادات لكي تساهم بدورها في استكمال الجوانب المهنية في العملية القيادية من خلال زيادة الدافعية نحو الأداء وتحقيق أنماط مثلى من السلوك القيادي الذي يخدم المجتمع الرياضي على العموم ولعبة كرة القدم على الخصوص ونظراً لقلة الدراسة في هذا المجال وللحاجة الماسة لمثل هذه المقاييس لتحقيق أهداف البحث والتي تسعى إلى حل وتفسير مشكلة البحث الأساسية والتي تتحدد في محاولة معرفة ما هي بين السلوك القيادي لدى مدربي والمقارنة بين درجات الفئات الآسيوية وما هي نوع العلاقة بين السلوك القيادي والرضا المهني لدى مدربي كرة القدم وفق الفئات الآسيوية في محافظة السليمانية فقد لاحظ الباحثان بأنه من الضروري دراسة طبيعة المتغيرين المبحوثة من أجل تقديم إضافة علمية جديدة في ميدان العمل الرياضي وخاصة في لعبة كرة القدم. وتم تحديد مدربوا كرة القدم في محافظة السيمانية الحاصلين على شهادة الآسيوية لفئتي (C, B) والبالغ عددهم (42) مدرباً مجتمعاً للبحث، واختار الباحث (36) مدرباً عينة للبحث بعدما استبعد (6) مدرباً أي لكل فئة تم استبعاد (3) مدربا الذين استعان بهم للتجربة الاستطلاعية والأسس العليمة للمقياس وبذلك أصبحت نسبة العينة بالنسبة للمجتمع (85.71%) وهي نسبة عالية قابلة للدراسة. وتوصل الباحثان إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: - ظهور فرق معنوي لسلوك القيادي لسلوك القيادي بين فئتي (B) و(C) لدى مدربي كرة القدم في محافظة السليمانية ولصالح فئة (C). - عدم وجود علاقة معنوية بين السلوك القيادي والرضا المهني وفق الدرجات الآسيوية لدى مدربي كرة القدم في محافظة السليمانية.
The relationship between the Leadership behavior and Occupation Satisfaction for Coaches (C), (B) of Category Football Teams In the Province of Sulaymaniyah Comparison of leadership behavior according to the degree of Asian categories among football coaches in Sulaymaniyah Governorate And their relationship to professional satisfaction The need of the sports community increases with the passage of time to prepare trainers and leaders to be able to lead their team in full and their impact on the behavior of individuals in order to obtain satisfactory results, and with the belief in this important role of those sports leaders, it is important to find the availability of the principle of satisfaction with work In order to contribute to the completion of professional aspects in the leadership process by increasing motivation towards performance and achieve, optimal patterns of leadership behavior that serves the sports community in general and the game of football in particular and due to the lack of study in this area and the urgent need for such The criteria for achieving the objectives of the research, which seeks to solve and explain the basic research problem, which is determined in an attempt to know what is between the leadership behavior of trainers and the comparison between the grades of Asian groups and what is the type of relationship between leadership behavior and professional satisfaction of football coaches according to the Asian groups in the province of Sulaymaniyah The researchers noted that it is necessary to study the nature of the variables investigated in order to provide a new scientific addition in the field of sports work, especially in the game of football. The coaches were selected in the province of Sulaymaniyah, who obtained the Asian certificate for the categories (C, B) and the number of (42) community training for research, and chose the researcher (36) trainers sample of the search after the exclusion of (6) coaches for each category was removed (3) (85.71%), which is a high percentage that can be studied.
