This is necessary to develop a plan to rationalize the use of electricity in all consumer sectors, service-… in general, And raise public awareness and increase their responsibility towards raising the effectiveness of the use and conservation of waste and loss in particular.

يهدف هذا العل إلى إبراز أهمية وضرورة رفع كفاءة ترشيد استهلاك الطاقة والذي أصبح أمراً حتمياً لمجابهة الطلب التزايد عليها من جهة، ولنضمن استغلالا أفضل للطاقة الكهربائية والحد من ضياعها من جهة أخرى، وهذا ما يلزم وضع خططاً لترشيد استخدام الكهرباء في كل القطاعات استهلاكية، انتاجية، خدماتية، ...، بشكل عام، وتوعية المواطنين وزيادة مسؤوليتهم اتجاه رفع فعالية استغلالها وترشيد استهلاكها من الهدر والضياع بشكل خاص.
