المستخلص: The study aimed to find out the existing commitment of the contact person in the Palestinian radio stations with the social responsibility to preserve the national constants. The study used survey method and the questionnaire instrument, the sample was the contact person in the Palestinian radio stations in Gaza strip. The study adopted in the theoretical framework the theory of social responsibility and the gatekeeper, and the most important results of the study; it said that the hobby and love of work in the radio stations are considered the most important factors of the contact person enrollment in the radio stations. The vision of the contact person towards his radio station came positive, and he has/enjoys social responsibility when he deals with national issues, and that the official sources that he relied upon during his work came international and news agencies, and the personal sources for news came the government officials. The study showed that the contact person had significant functional satisfaction and that the aims of the contact person in the radio stations that he aimed to achieve were to increase and develop the national awareness in the society and the unification of the official discourse towards the national constants, and that all national constants issues are important for him, and that his standards at dealing with national constants are accuracy, credibility and objectivity in treatment and express. The study showed that the vision of the contact person regarding the needed persuasive means to do so were to use tendencies, trends and needs, and that the most important problems that prevents the contact person from carrying out the social responsibility fully was the lack of space granted by the radio stations to the contact person and absence of the culture of opinion and others’ opinions.

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدي التزام القائم بالاتصال في الإذاعات الفلسطينية بالمسئولية الاجتماعية نحو الحفاظ على الثوابت الوطنية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي والأداة صحيفة الاستقصاء والعينة القائم بالاتصال في الإذاعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، واعتمدت في الإطار النظري على نظريتي المسئولية الاجتماعية وحارس. البوابة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، إن الهواية وحب العمل في الإذاعات من أهم عوامل التحاق القائم بالاتصال بالإذاعات، ورؤية القائم بالاتصال نحو أذاعته جاءت إيجابية، وأنهم يتحلون بالمسئولية الاجتماعية عند تناولهم للقضايا الوطنية، وأن المصادر الرسمية التي يعتمد عليها في أثناء عملة جاءت وكالات الأنباء الدولية والمحلية والمصادر الشخصية جاء المسئولون في الجهاز الحكومي، وبينت الدراسة إن القائم بالاتصال لدية رضا وظيفي بدرجة كبيرة، وان أهداف القائم بالاتصال في الإذاعات التي يسعى لتحقيقها توعية وتنمية الوعي الوطني للمجتمع وتوحيد الخطاب الرسمي تجاه الثوابت الوطنية، وأن جميع قضايا الثوابت الوطنية هامة له، وان معاييره عند تناول الثوابت هي الدقة والمصداقية والموضوعية في المعالجة والطرح، وبينت الدراسة إن رؤية القائم بالاتصال حول الوسائل الإقناعية اللازمة لذلك استخدام الميول والاتجاهات والاحتياجات، وأن أهم المشاكل التي تحول دون قيام القائم بالاتصال بالمسئولية الاجتماعية على أكمل وجهة قلة المساحة الممنوحة من قبل الإذاعات للقائم بالاتصال وغياب ثقافة الرأي والرأي الآخر.
