The purpose of this study, which is entitled: Ibn Taymiyyah's approach to citing different recitations for the issues of doctrine, is to clarify the scientific value of the recitations and using them for evidence and to highlight the importance of the science of recitations. It also aims at encouraging students of Islamic sciences to increase interest in it. Finally the study aims at showing Ibn Taymiyyah's approach to citing different recitations for the issues of other Islamic Sharia sciences. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used a combined approach of the deductive, analytical and inductive methods. This is done by extrapolating Ibn Taymiyyah's approach to recitations, developing his efforts in this science, analyzing his definitions, explaining them, and adding their meanings and indications to them through studying his books and any other relevant books. The study concluded the following: Ibn Taymiyyah is a great scholar. He was born and brought up in a knowledgeable family. He has a long history in all the Islamic Sharia sciences, including Quranic recitations. He has outstanding efforts in this regard. He was well-known in the field of doctrine. There is a variety in the inference at the explanation of the Qur'an and the linguistic meaning. One of the inferences is using the Quranic recitations to indicate that, to what extent his explanation is right? The researcher uses the recurring Quranic recitations, the irregular Quranic recitations that harmonize with the writing Qur'an, and the non-harmonize one, for confirming.
هدفت هذه الدراسة التي بعنوان: (منهج ابن تيمية في الاستدلال بالقراءات القرآنية على التفسير واللغة) إلى توضيح القيمة العلمية للقراءات، والاستدلال بها، وتسليط الضوء على أهمية علم القراءات؛ لحث طلبة العلم الشرعي على زيادة الاهتمام به، بالإضافة إلى بيان منهج شيخ الإسلام الإمام ابن تيمية في الاستدلال بالقراءات للعلوم الشرعية الأخرى. ولتحقيق ذلك جمعنا في هذه الدراسة بين المنهج الاستنباطي والتحليلي والاستقرائي؛ وذلك عن طريق استقراء مناهجه في القراءات، واستنباط جهوده المبذولة في هذا العلم، وتحليل تعريفاته وشرحها وبيان إضافاته وبيان الدلالات المتضمنة لها، وذلك من خلال كتبه والكتب ذات الصلة، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى: أن ابن تيمية عالم فذ، ولد ونشأ في بيت علم أبا عن جد، وله باع طويلة في جميع العلوم الشرعية، والتي منها علم القراءات القرآنية، وله في ذلك جهود بارزة، ومن أبرز ما اشتهر به ابن تيمية -إلى جانب علم العقيدة– علم التفسير، وعلم اللغة، ولقد تنوعت استدلالاته على تفسيره للقرآن، وعلى بيانه المعاني اللغوية، وكان من استدلالاته استدلاله بالقراءات على صحة ما ذهب إليه في تفسيره للقرآن، وبيانه للمعاني اللغوية، حيث استدل بالقراءات المتواترة، والقراءات الشاذة التي توافق رسم المصحف، والقراءات الشاذة التي لم توافق رسم المصحف للتعزيز.
