|a اختص هذا البحث برصد ودراسة رسائل الماجستير والدكتوراه التي أجريت في الجامعات المصرية حول موضوع الصحافة الإقليمية، حيث رصد البحث نحو (33) رسالة أكاديمية في هذا المجال، توزعت بين درجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه، وتناولت أكثر من مجال بحثي، من حيث: المضمون والقائم بالاتصال والجمهور.\nوتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصحافة الإقليمية، ويطلق عليها المحلية في بعض البحوث والدراسات، وإن كانت تعد ضرورة إعلامية تقوم بدورها وتساهم بنصيبها في تنمية المجتمعات المحلية، فإنه الأمر الذي انعكس على اهتمام البعض من الباحثين في عدد من الكليات وأقسام الصحافة والإعلام بالجامعات المصرية.\nوتقترح الدراسة إعداد أجندة بحثية أمام باحثي الماجستير والدكتوراه في مجال بحوث ودراسات الصحافة الإقليمية والمحلية، تشمل الاهتمام بالجانب التشريعي الخاص بالصحف الإقليمية، بالإضافة إلى حث الباحثين على إعداد دراسات جديدة تأخذ في الاعتبار التطورات التكنولوجية والاقتصادية والسياسية والثقافية والاجتماعية التي شهدها المجتمع المصري خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية، ومن جانب آخر إجراء دراسات تتناول اقتصاديات الصحف الإقليمية، ورؤية القائمين بالاتصال والظروف المختلفة التي يعملون فيها، ومستقبل هذا اللون من الصحافة في ظل انتشار المواقع الصحفية الإلكترونية وغيرها من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وكذا منافسة وسائل الإعلام التقليدية، ما ينعكس على دور الصحافة الإقليمية في تنمية المجتمعات المحلية في ظل تطورات مجتمعية كثيرة ومتلاحقة شهدتها مصر.

|f This research is concerned with the monitoring and study of master's and doctoral dissertations conducted in Egyptian universities on the subject of regional journalism where the research monitored about (33) academic thesis in this field, distributed between the master's and doctoral degrees. It addressed more than one area of research, in terms of content, communicators and the public.\nThe study found that the regional press, is also called local in some research and studies. Although it is considered a media necessity that plays its role and contributes its share to the development of local communities, it has been reflected in the interest of some researchers in a number of faculties and journalism and media departments in Egyptian universities. \nThe study suggests for preparing a research agenda in front of masters and doctoral researchers in the field of regional and local journalism research and studies, including attention to the legislative aspect of regional newspapers in addition to urging researchers to prepare new studies that take into account the technological, economic, political, cultural and social developments witnessed by Egyptian society over the past few years. On the other hand, studies should be carried out on the economics of regional newspapers, the vision of communicators and the different circumstances in which they work, and the future of this type of press in light of the proliferation of electronic press sites and other social media outlets as well as the competition of traditional media, which reflects on the role of regional journalism in the development of local communities in light of the light of many successive societal developments in Egypt.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
