|a يعد مبدأ حسن النية من أهم المبادئ القانونية على الإطلاق رغم ما يكتنفه من غموض، كما يعد من المبادئ المتعارف عليها في العقود المدنية، إلا أنه لا يعد كذلك في مجال العقود الإدارية.\nومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولت أن أضع تعريفاً محدداً لهذا المبدأ في اللغة وفي الإصطلاح القانوني العام، وفي مجال تنفيذ العقود الإدارية على وجه الخصوص، كما ناشدت القضاء الإداري بضرورة الاعتراف به، ثم عرضت للمشكلات التي تقف في طريق تطبيقه، وحاولت صياغة حلول لها، ليتم تطبيق هذا المبدأ في تنفيذ العقود الإدارية.

|f The principle of good faith is regarded, in absolute terms, to be one of the most important legal principles in spite of the ambiguity that it can hold. It is also one of the principles acknowledged in civil contracts although it is no longer recognized in the area of administrative contracts.\nI have attempted through this study to provide a specific definition of this principle in accordance to the language, its general legal terminology and within the area of the implementation of administrative contracts, in particular. I have also implored the judicial administration concerning the necessity of acknowledging it. I then explored problems standing in the way of its application. I attempted to formulate solutions for them, so that this principle can be applied to the implementation of the administrative contracts. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
