|a في عالم اليوم المضطرب وغير المستقر، يتعرض المتعاملون إلى مخاطر مختلفة ومتنوعة تدفعهم للتحرك بشكل استراتيجي، حيث تتسبب أنانية المتعاملين وعقلانيتهم المحدودة في انتهاج هؤلاء سلوكيات غير سوية حفاظا على مصالحهم مما ينعكس سلباً على استقرار وازدهار المعاملات الاقتصادية. في هذا المقال سنحاول تسليط الضوء على متانة أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وفعاليتها في التقليل من التحركات الاستراتيجية السلبية، وعلى إخفاق النظريات الاقتصادية الوضعية في مقاربة المشكل وتقديم الحلول اللازمة.
