هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة مستوى الفهم الانفعالي والصمود النفسي ومعرفة العلاقة بين الفهم الانفعالي والصمود النفسي لدى طلبة جامعة الأنبار. شملت عينة البحث طلبة جامعة الأنبار للعام الدراسي 2017/ 2018، بلغ عددهم (160) منهم (77) طالباً، و(83) طالبة، طبق عليهم مقياس الفهم الانفعالي الذى اعده (عبد الزهرة، 2016) فقد اعتمد الباحث على نظرية ، (Mayer & Salovey 1997) الذى يتضمن (36) فقرة متدرج خماسي وقد استخرج له الصدق الظاهري ومؤشرات صدق البناء والقوة التمييزية للفقرات باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين وكانت جميع الفقرات مميزة فقد تراوحت القيم التائية المحسوبة بين (2.67 – 8.70)، كما تم إيجاد درجة علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية لإيجاد الاتساق الداخلي، وبلغ معامل ثبات الأداة وبطريقة ألفا كرونباخ (0.84)، وضمت الصيغة النهائية للمقياس (35) فقرة بعد حذف فقرة واحدة لعدم ارتباطها بالدرجة الكلية، ولقياس الصمود النفسي طبق مقياس الصمود النفسي الذى اعده الباحثان بعد اطلاع على عدد من المقاييس ويتكون من (34) فقرة بتدرج خماسي، واستخرج له في البحث الحالي الصدق الظاهري والقوة التمييزية للفقرات تراوحت قيمها التائية المحسوبة بين (2.66 –6.40) يتبين من نتائج القيم التائية المحسوبة أن جميعها دالة إحصائياً عند مقارنتها بالقيمة الجدولية (2.00) و أوجد درجة علاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية (الاتساق الداخلي) وكانت معاملات الارتباط جميعها دالة إحصائياً، وبلغ معامل ثبات الأداة بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ (0.85). وكشفت نتائج البحث في قياس الفهم الانفعالي إن طلبة الجامعة يمتلكون الفهم الانفعالي إذ بلغ متوسط درجاتهم (126.78) بانحراف معياري (13.67) علماً أن الدرجة الكلية للمقياس تساوى (175). كما توصلت نتائج البحث في قياس الصمود النفسي إلى أن متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث يساوى (73.5) بانحراف معياري (7.19) وتشير هذه النتيجة إلى أن متوسط درجات الطلبة كانت فوق المتوسط. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) بين درجات أفراد عينة البحث في الفهم الانفعالي والصمود النفسي. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05) في علاقة الفهم الانفعالي بالصمود النفسي تبعاً لمتغير النوع (ذكور -إناث).
The Aim of the current research is to know the level of emotional understanding and psychological resilience and to know the relationship between emotional understanding and psychological resilience of al-Anbar university students. The research sample included Al-Anbar university Students for the academic year 2017/2018, they were160 (77) were male students, and 83 female students he applied to them the measure of emotional understanding prepared by Abdul Zahra, 2016. The researcher relied on the theory of Mayer, & salov ey, 1997), which contains (36) a five-tiered paragraph and has using the two independent sample tests, and all the paragraphs were distinct, the computed values ranged from (2, 67- 8, 70, the degree of relationship of the paragraph to the overall degree of internal consistency has also been created and has reached Tool persistency factor in alpha-crobbach (0.84), the final version of the scale (35) Paragraph was combined after the deletion of one paragraph because it was not linked to college degree, and to measure the psychological resilience applied by the researchers after a number of measurements and consisting of (34) Paragraph by Pentagram, In the current research, he extracted the apparent honesty and discriminatory force of the vertebrae, whose calculated values ranged from (2, 66 -6, 40) The results of the computed T values show that they are all statistically function when compared to the indexed value (2, (a) the degree of relationship of the paragraph to the overall degree (internal consistency) and correlation transactions were all statistically function, and the coefficient of the instrument's persistency was alpha-Kroenbach (0.85). Research results in the measurement of emotional understanding revealed that university students had an emotional understanding of their average score (126.78) with a standard deviation (13.67), with the total measure being equal to (175). The results of the research on the measurement of psychological resilience also found that the average score for the research sample (73.5) was equivalent to a standard deviation (7.19) And this result indicates that the average student scores were above average. The results also showed a statistically significant correlation at the level (0.05) between the individual grades of the research sample in emotional understanding and psychological resilience. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) level in the emotional understanding of psychological resistance depending on the type variant (male – female).
