المستخلص: لقد خطت حقوق الإنسان خطوات واسعة في العقود الأخيرة نتيجة الانعكاسات الخطيرة التي فرضها التقدم العلمي والتطور التكنولوجي على أشد الحقوق ارتباطا بالشخصية، وأكثرها تعلقا بالكرامة الآدمية وهو حق الإنسان في صورته وذلك لتسهيل وتوسيع نطاق الاعتداء عليها من جهة، واستحداثه أشكالا جديدة للانتهاك يصعب تحديد مصادرها وأساليبها فضلا عن إثباتها قانونيا أو قضائيا من جهة أخرى، من هنا تتجلى أهمية البحث في هذا الموضوع خاصة أمام التعديلات الجديدة التي جاء بها التشريع الجزائري سواء فيما يتعلق بالتأكيد على حمايته وتحديد الوسائل والضمانات التي تكفل احترامه، أو من خلال الاستثناءات التي تقتضي التضييق عليه.

Je ai pris droits humains et les grands progrès au cours des dernières décennies en raison des graves répercussions imposées par le progrès scientifique et de développement technologique pour la plupart des droits liés à la personnalité et de la dignité la plus chère adamique, un droit humain à son image afin de faciliter et d'élargir l'assaut d'une part, et introduit de nouvelles formes de violation est difficile de déterminer les sources et les méthodes ainsi que légalement ou judiciairement reconnu d'autre part, il est extrêmement important que la recherche dans ce domaine, en particulier contre les nouveaux amendements apportés par la législation algérienne à la fois en ce qui concerne de protéger certainement et d'identifier les moyens et les garanties de respect, ou par l'intermédiaire des exceptions qui nécessitent l'écraser.

Human rights have taken great strides in recent decades as a result of the serious repercussions that scientific progress and technological development have imposed upon the rights most associated with the most personality and the most relevant to human dignity. This refers to the right of the human person in respect to his image. That is to facilitate and expand the scope of aggression against them, on the one hand, and to bring about new forms of violation, the sources and methods of which are difficult to identify, let alone establishing them legally or judicially, on the other hand. It is upon this basis that the importance of examining this subject is particularly evident, in light of the new amendments introduced by Algerian legislation, whether in regard to the affirmation of its protection and the identification of the means and guarantees to ensure its respect, or through the exceptions that require that it be narrowed down.
