تهدف هذه الورقة لعلاج الاستراتيجيات والآليات التي يمكن وفقها التغلب على العوائق التي تحول دون الربط بين طرفي المتلازمة (المرأة / السياسة)، وعليه يتم التركيز هنا على جانبين ريسين، أولهما حول حدود الخطوات النظرية لعملية التوظيف التشريعي قصد فهم كيفية زيادة فرص انتقال الطامحين إلى معينين ومن ثم منتخبين. وفي ثاني نقطة سندرس بالتفصيل الآليات التي أثبتت أنها تسهل تمثيل المرأة ويتبين لنا أنجعها ألا وهو النظام الانتخابي، من خلال جملة تساؤلات فرعية على غرار: كيف ولماذا لهذا النظام أن يحقق التفضيل عند مقارنته بنظرائه لوجود المرأة؟ ما هي النظم الانتخابية الأكثر ملاءمة لتمثيل المرأة في مختلف البيئات؟ في محاولة للإجابة عن تساؤل جوهري حول المتغيرات ذات الخصوصية التي قدمتها الدراسات الأصيلة المنظرة للاستراتيجية الفعالة والعملية لتحسين التمثيل البرلماني للمرأة.
This paper aims to treat strategies and mechanisms that can be fabricated to overcome the obstacles that prevent the link between both ends of the syndrome (Women / policy), and it is the focus here on two aspects: first, about the limits of theoretical steps to the process of legislative employment inadvertently understand how to increase the chances of transmission of the aspirants to specific and then elected.
