المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى تأثير المحددات المالية والسلوكية على تكوين محفظة الأوراق المالية وفقاً لآراء المستمر المؤسسي واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة هذا البحث وقام الباحث باستخدام أدوات جمع بيانات تتمثل في قائمة استقصاء للمستثمر المؤسسي بهدف استطلاع واستكشاف خصائص وسمات عينة البحث وقائمتين استقصاء تهدف إلى استطلاع آراء المستثمرين تجاه المحددات المالية والسلوكية المؤثرة في تكوين محفظة الأوراق المالية من إعداد وتصميم الباحث وقام الباحث بالتأكيد من توافر المعاملات العملية لهدف الصدق والثبات على عينة أساسية عددها (165) مستمر مؤسسي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أن المحددات المالية لها تأثر عالي المستوى على تكون محفظة الأوراق المالية وفقا لآراء المستثمر المؤسسي أن المحددات السلوكية لها تأثير منخفض المستوى على تكوين محفظة الأوراق المالية وفقاً لآراء المستثمر المؤسسي.

The objective of this research is to identify the level of impact of financial and behavioural determinants on portfolio composition according to the views of the institutional investor and the individual investor as a main objective and the result of the sub objectives (identify the level of impact of financial and behavioural determinants on portfolio formation according to institutional investors' opinions) Financial and behavioural determinants of portfolio composition according to the views of the individual investor - compared to the views of the institutional investor and the individual in the financial determinants and behavioural determinants affecting the composition of the securities portfolio The researcher used a descriptive approach to the nature of this research. The researcher used data collection tools in an investor survey list (institutional - individual) to explore and explore the features and characteristics of the research sample and two surveys aimed at exploring the institutional and individual perspectives on financial and behavioural determinants The researcher verified the availability of scientific transactions for this (truth - proof) on a of them (165) institutional The main results indicated that: Financial determinants have a high impact on the composition of the securities portfolio of "institutional" investor views. Behavioural determinants have a low impact on the composition of the securities portfolio according to the "institutional" investor views
