The research is studying four compartments related to God Righteous' Mausoleums in Upper Egypt; published for the first time, The forms of mausoleums varied as to the different ages and countries and no mausoleums had been noted from Umayyad period, may be the first noted mausoleum in the Islamic history was the mausoleum of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Mostanser in Iraq which known as the crossed dome (862A.D/248A.H) where the mausoleum is characterized usually that it was covered by a dome, then the mausoleums scattered all over the Islamic world. The domes and spouts which attached to the religion architecture have a lot of existing examples in Egypt either in Cairo city or in the other Egyptian cities and villages, this tradition is well shown during the Ayyubid period in the burial of Al-Saleh Nejm Al-Deen which attached to his schools which were established by his wife Shajaret Al- Dorfor his sake (1250A.D/648A.h.
