هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم برنامج العلاج بأجر كأحد أساليب تمويل الخدمات الصحية السعودية، حيث ركزت الدراسة على ثلاث محاور في تقييم برنامج العلاج بأجر وهي: مدى تحقيق وفورات نقدية للمستشفى، تطوير وتحديث الأجهزة والمعدات الطبية بالمستشفى، وتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وتكون الاستبيان من قسمين القسم الأول اشتمل على البيانات الشخصية، والقسم الثاني عبارة عن ثلاث محاور وفقاً لتساؤلات الدراسة. وتم توزيع استبانة الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من موظفي المستشفى بلغ عددهم (200) موظف/ موظفة من العاملين في برنامج العلاج بأجر، تم استرداد (146) استبيان بنسبة استجابة 73%. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة: توجد موافقة بدرجة عالية على أن برنامج العلاج بأجر ساهم في تحقيق وفورات نقدية، بلغ المتوسط العام (3.74). توجد موافقة بدرجة عالية على أن برنامج العلاج بأجر ساهم في تطوير وتحديث الأجهزة والمعدات الطبية حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (3.56). ساهم برنامج العلاج بأجر في تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بالمستشفى حيث بلغ المتوسط العام (3.89). ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: إضافة المزيد من الخدمات العلاجية التي تقدم من خلال هذا البرنامج. استقطاب وتعيين متخصصين في التسويق الصحي وذلك بهدف تسويق الخدمات العلاجية لبرنامج العلاج بأجر إلى شرائح جديدة من المجتمع. الاستفادة من التدفقات النقدية في إضافة المزيد من الأجهزة والمعدات الطبية.
The study aims to evaluate of the treatment program paid as one of the available methods of financing health services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study focused on three axes in the evaluation of the treatment program paid: the extent to which the monetary savings to the hospital, Development and modernization of medical equipment at the hospital, and Achieve job satisfaction for employees. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. There are two sections of the questionnaire. The first section included demographic data, and the second section is a two-pronged, according to the study questions. The questionnaire ware distributed to a random sample of (200) employees of hospital staff, (146) questionnaire were recovered and the response rate was 73%. The most important findings of the study was there is high agreement that the treatment program paid contributed to the monetary savings, where the overall average (3.74); there is high agreement that the treatment program paid contributed to the development and modernization of medical equipment where the overall average (3.56); treatment program contributed to the achievement of job satisfaction for employees at the hospital where the overall average (3.89). One of the main recommendations of the study is to add more therapeutic services offered through this program. Recruit and hire specialists in the marketing of health with the aim of. marketing services for the therapeutic treatment program paid to new segments of the community. Take advantage of the cash flows to add more devices and medical equipment.
