هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تشخيص مدى إدراك العاملين في المستشفيات المصرية الخاصة لأهمية تطبيق نظام السينات الخمسة 5S التي تمثلت في: "تصنيف، تنظيم، تنظيف، تنميط، تدريب"، كما هدفت إلى بيان مدى وجود فروقات معنوية في إدراك العاملين لأهمية تطبيق نظام السينات الخمسة 5S إضافة إلى بيان العلاقة بين بعض المتغيرات الشخصية (الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي، نوع الوظيفة، الحجم). ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة فقد تم تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة من المستشفيات المصرية مكونة من ٦ مستشفيات كان اختيارها وفقا لمعيار الحجم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن المستشفيات المصرية الخاصة تطبق نظام السينات الخمسة 5S بمستويات عالية. - توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية في إدراك العاملين في المستشفيات المصرية الخاصة لأهمية تطبيق نظام السينات الخمسة 5S تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي، نوع الوظيفة والحجم). - أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (P ≤ 0.05) بين العوامل الشخصية بدلالة أبعادها (الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي، نوع الوظيفة، الحجم) وإدراك أهمية تطبيق نظام السينات الخمسة 5S في المستشفيات المصرية الخاصة وبناء على نتائج الدارسة تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات كان من بينها ضرورة استمرار دعم الإدارة العليا والتزامها في تطبيق نظام السينات الخمسة S5 بالإضافة إلى تفعيل عنصر المشاركة وفرق العمل لدى العاملين وترسيخها في ثقافتهم التنظيمية.
This study aims to diagnose the awareness of the workers in the Egyptian hospitals for the importance of the application system of 5S represent at classification, organize, cleaning, stereotyping, training, it also aims at the statement of the extent of the moral differences in the understanding of application system importance of the statement the relationship among some of the Personal variables (experience, educational level, functional level, size). In order to achieve the objectives of this study the identification has been developed and distributed a sample of Egyptian hospitals which composed of 6 hospitals .It has been chosen according to with the criterion of size, the study has came to the following results: - the results of the study: that the Egyptian hospitals apply the system of 5S high levels. - that there are differences of statistical significance in the perception of the workers in the Egyptian hospitals for the application system of importance of 5S because of attributable demographic variables (experience, educational level, the job and size). -The study shows a relationship of statistical significance at the level (P<0.05) between personal factors in terms of its dimensions (experience, educational level, the job, size) and awareness of the application system importance of 5s in Egyptian hospitals. On the basis of the results of the study was to make a number of recommendations and proposals, including the need for permanent support and commitment of senior management in the application of the system of 5S, in addition to activating the participatory element of the working groups of the employees and consolidation in the organizational culture.
