المستخلص: Le but de l’étude était de déterminer le mix des produit ou bien la composition des produit de l'entreprise de pâte ben hammadi, et sa grâce a l'estimation de la demande que l'on n’a obtenue à partir de l'estimation de série chronologique ensuit estimer la production sous les contrainte technique et la fonction cible (cible multiple), la quantité prédéfinie dernièrement aide à contrôler le programme linéaire choisie pour le mix des produit de l'entreprise de pâte ben hammadi, ceux qui va participer au bon contrôle et bonne prise de décision et ensuit sa rationalisation. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que les méthodes quantitatives ayant un rôle efficace dans la rationalisation des décisions, de telle sorte que la maitrise des différentes méthodes quantitatives par les gestionnaires ou les décideurs habilite ces derniers d’affronter les défis de la concurrence et de gérer efficacement les ressources disponibles au sein de l'entreprise.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مزيج المنتجات أو تركيبة المنتجات في مؤسسة عجائن بن حمادي، وذلك بالاعتماد على تقديرات الطلب المتحصل عليها من تقديرات السلاسل الزمنية، ثم تقدير الإنتاج وذلك في ظل القيود التقنية ودالة هدف (أهداف متعددة)، فالكميات المحددة مسبقا تساعد في ضبط البرنامج الخطي المحدد لمزيج منتجات مؤسسة عجائن بن حمادي، مما يساهم في الضبط الجيد لقرارات المؤسسة ومن ثم ترشيدها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأساليب الكمية لها دور فعال في ترشيد القرارات، فدراية المدراء أو متخذي القرار بمختلف الأساليب الكمية يجعلهم قادرين على مواجهة تحديات المنافسة، والقيام بإدارة الموارد المتاحة بكفاءة عالية داخل المؤسسة.

The study aimed to determine the product mix or combination products in Ben Hammadi Pasta's organization, based on demand estimates obtained from the time series estimations and then the production estimates under the technical constraints and the goal function (multiple goals), The predefined quantities help to control the linear program Which is used to control the organization's decisions and thus rationalize them. The study found that quantitative methods have an effective role in rationalizing decisions, so the knowledge of managers or decision-makers in different quantitative methods makes them able to face the competition challenges, and manage the available resources efficiently within the organization.
