|f By studying the subject of sports management of clubs and its role in the development of sports finance systems in light of professionalism, we tried to identify the methods and ways of financing, as it is done in other countries and global clubs, from investment to marketing to advertising and sponsorship, as well as opening the way for economic institutions and private sectors by offering shares in the market. It is noted here that professional sports clubs in Algeria did not care about the development of human resources and their rehabilitation because they are able to achieve goals and develop administrative policies in scientific and systematic ways that are consistent with them to achieve them. The objectives must be flexible, specific and clear, especially in light of the professionalism of sports and its requirements. The study aims to find out the following:\n1.\tSetting goals and making them clear for the management of sports clubs contributes to the development of the funding system.\n2.\tFind out whether a new management policy contributes to the development of the professional sports finance system.\n3.\tFind out whether the work on the development of human resources management in sports clubs contributes to the development of the sports finance system in light of professionalism.\nThe findings concluded that the development of human resources management, the adoption of a new management policy and the definition and clarity of goals in sports clubs contribute to the development of the professional sports finance system.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|d D’après l’étude du sujet des défit de l’administration sportive des clubs et son rôle dans le développement des système financement sportif et ce du professionnalisme sportif, nous avons essayé d’avoir une idée sur les méthodes de financement utilisé dans d’autre pays et en particulier chez les clubs professionnels, qui investi dans le commerce, les publicités et les sponsoring, ainsi que leur ouverture au entreprises économiques publiques et privés, et ce à travers les actions dans le marché mondial. En Algérie, Nous avons constaté que les clubs sportifs processionnelle non pas donné une importance au développement des ressources humaines nécessaire à la réalisation des objectifs et de donnée des méthodologique et scientifiques, et une politique admirative adéquat ; Sachant que, les objectifs doivent être souples, claires, et bien définis en redondant aux exigences dicté par le professionnalisme sportif, notre études avais comme objectif.\n1- détermination et éclaircissement des objectifs de gestion des clubs sportifs contribuent au développement du système de financement sportif.\n2- voir si le suivie d’une nouvelle politique de gestion contribue au développement du système de financement sportif.\n3- voir si le développement des ressources humaines contribue au développement du système de financement sportif.\nEn conclusion, et selon notre études nous avons conclut que l’amélioration des ressources humaines, le suivi d’une nouvelle politique de gestion, et la détermination des objectif claire, au sein des clubs sportifs contribuent de manière considérable au développement du système de financement sportive dans le cadre du professionnalisme.\n

|a من خلال دراسة موضوع الإدارة الرياضية للأندية ودورها في تطوير نظم التمويل الرياضي في ظل الاحتراف حاولنا التعرف على أساليب وطرق التمويل مثلما هو معمول به في الدول الأخرى والأندية العالمية من الاستثمار إلى التسويق إلى الإشهار والرعاية وكذلك فتح المجال أمام المؤسسات الاقتصادية والخواص عن طريق طرح الأسهم في السوق والملاحظ هنا أن الأندية الرياضية المحترفة بالجزائر لم تهتم بتطوير الموارد البشرية وتأهيلها لأنها هي القادرة على تحقيق الأهداف ووضع السياسات الإدارية بطرق علمية ومنهجية محكمة والتي تتماشى معها لتحقيقها ولا بد أن تكون الأهداف مرنة ومحددة وواضحة خاصة في ظل الاحتراف الرياضي ومتطلباته وهدفت الدراسة لمعرفة:\n1- تحديد الأهداف ووضوحها بالنسبة لإدارة الأندية الرياضية يساهم في تطوير نظام التمويل.\n2- الوصول إلى معرفة إذا ما كان انتهاج سياسة إدارية جديدة يساهم في تطوير نظام التمويل الرياضي في ظل الاحتراف.\n3- الوصول إلى معرفة إذا ما كان العمل على تطوير إدارة الموارد البشرية في الأندية الرياضية يساهم في تطوير نظام التمويل الرياضي في ظل الاحتراف.\nواستخلصت النتائج أن تطوير إدارة الموارد البشرية وانتهاج سياسة إدارية جديدة وتحديد الأهداف ووضوحها بالأندية الرياضية يساهم في تطوير نظام التمويل الرياضي في ظل الاحتراف.\n
