المستخلص: We dealt in this research with the role of human resources management of professional sports clubs as one of the requirements of success of the professional sports in Algeria, wherethe in light of application of professional sports since long time, the administration of the professional sports clubs, must follow the modern methods of governance, give great importance to human resources management and know the essential role of these leaders in the intellectual and creative capabilities of staff and administratives in order to be able to achieve its objectives so that it can achieve the goals it bet on. In this study, the descriptive approach was used on a sample of 30 members of the board of directors of professional sports clubs. The clubs were randomly selected and we used the questionnaire as an information-gathering tool. The most important findings of the study pointed out that the management of human resources in professional sports clubs is considered as one of the requirements for the success of professional sports in Algeria. One of the most important proposals is to assign specialists to establish a unit or committee for the management of human resources in professional sports clubs.

Notre travail de recherche porte sur le rôle de la gestion des ressources humaines au sein des clubs sportifs professionnels est considéré ainsi comme étant une des exigences pour le succès du professionnalisme sportif en Algérie, et comme son application ne date pas d’hier il a été souhaitable aux directions des clubs sportifs professionnels d’empreinte les nouvelles méthodes dans la gestion et l’administration et d’attribuer une grande importance à la direction des ressources humaines et de connaitre parfaitement son rôle fondamental dans le développement des capacités intellectuelles et créatives des employés et des administrateurs afin pour qu'ils puissent atteindre leurs objectifs escomptés.
Nous avons opté pour la méthode descriptive, notre échantillon est composé de 30 membres du conseil d'administration de clubs sportifs professionnels, qui est choisi d’une manière aléatoire ; le questionnaire est utilisé comme outils de collecte d'informations.
Au terme de notre analyse nous sommes arrivé aux principaux résultats ce que la direction des ressources humaines dans les clubs sportifs professionnels est considéré comme étant une des exigences pour le succès du professionnalisme sportif en Algérie.
Parmi les principales recommandations : C’est d’attribué aux spécialistes dans le domaine la possibilité de créer une unité ou comité qui a pour finalité la gestion du personnel au sein des clubs sportifs professionnels.


تناولنا في هذا البحث دور إدارة الموارد البشرية بالنوادي الرياضية المحترفة كإحدى متطلبات نجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر، حيث وفي ظل تطبيق الاحتراف الرياضي منذ مدة ليست بالقصيرة وجب على إدارة النوادي الرياضية المحترفة إتباع الطرق الحديثة في التسيير والإدارة وإعطاء أهمية كبري لإدارة الموارد البشرية ومعرفة الدور الأساسي لهذه القيادات في تنمية القدرات الفكرية والإبداعية للموظفين والإداريين لكي تستطيع تحقيق أهدافها التي راهنت عليها، وفي دراستنا هذه تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة تمثلت في 30 عضو مجلس إدارة للنوادي الرياضية المحترفة، وقد تم اختيار الأندية بطريقة عشوائية واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد أشارت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى إن إدارة الموارد البشرية بالنوادي الرياضية المحترفة تعتبر كإحدى متطلبات نجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر، ومن أهم المقترحات: تكليف مختصين بإنشاء وحدة أو لجنة لإدارة الموارد البشرية بالنوادي الرياضية المحترفة.
