المستخلص: Le phénomène de l’émigration de l’élite scientifique et technique est devenu une composante principale des mouvements migratoires de l’Algérie vers la France. Mouvement en forte accélération, voire alarmant au début de ce millénaire, il constitue désormais un objet de recherche que nous proposons d’aborder dans cet article. En absence des données chiffrées sur son ampleur, nous proposons une analyse quantitative sur la base de l’exploitation des différentes bases de données sur les migrants algériens afin d’identifier le nombre des diplômés installés en France et de cerner leur profil socioculturel, sociodémographique et socioéconomique au cours la période postcoloniale.

The phenomenon of migration of the scientific and technical elite has become a main component of the migratory movements from Algeria towards France. The Movement has increased in a high and even alarming pace since the beginning of this millennium. It is nowadays an object of research that we propose to tackle in this article. However, with the lack of quantified data on its scale, we propose a quantitative analysis on the basis of the exploitation of the various databases on the Algerian migrants to identify the number of the graduates settled in France and to determine their socio-cultural, socio-demographic and socioeconomic profile in the course the post-colonial period.

تشكل هجرة الكفاءات العلمية والتقنية عنصرا رئيسيا لحركات الهجرة من الجزائر إلى فرنسا. وعلى الرغم من تفاقمها وتحولها إلى مسألة حساسة منذ بداية الألفية الحالية، إلا أن دراستها ما تزال في مهدها. ولاستدراك هذا النقص عرض نتائج تحليل كمي قمنا به بتوظيف بيانات مختلف قواعد المعلومات حول المهاجرين الجزائريين في فرنسا مما سمح لنا بمعرفة أعداد الحاملين منهم لشهادات عالية وحصر ملامحهم السوسيو ثقافة والسوسيو الديموغرافية والسوسيو اقتصادية
