المستخلص: Waste management and control in the context of sustainable development are based on several principles, including prevention and reduction of the production and damage of waste, as well as their reuse or stockpiling.
For this reason, a municipal household waste management scheme is established in each municipality. This scheme includes an inventory of the quantities of waste in the municipality's territory, specifying its components and characteristics.
Options for waste collection, transport and sorting systems, taking into account the economic and financial possibilities necessary for their implementation.

La gestion des déchets est toute opération relative à la collecte, au tri, au transport, au stockage, à la valorisation et à l’élimination des déchets, y compris le contrôle de ces opération, en tenant compte des moyens économiques et financiers nécessaires à leur mise en oeuvre.
Pour cette raison, il est institué un schéma communal de gestion des déchets ménagers et assimilés, porte notamment sur : l’inventaire des quantités des déchets et le choix des options concernant les systèmes de collecte et de transport.

يرتكز تسيير النفايات ومراقبتها في إطار التنمية المستدامة على عدة مبادئ، تتضمن الوقاية والتقليص من إنتاج وضرر النفايات، وكذا تثمينها بإعادة استعمالها، أو برسكلتها.
لهذا السبب ينشأ في كل بلدية مخطط بلدي لتسيير النفايات المنزلية وما شابهها، حيث يتضمن هذا المخطط، جرد كميات النفايات في إقليم البلدية مع تحديد مكوناتها وخصائصها.
